Hard to give less than 1 star but it would be appropriate. Would like to actually review the food but we didn’t actually eat here. Spent 15 mins standing at the front before deciding no-one was going to even acknowledge our presence. Finally sat at the bar but the bartender never showed. So we left. No hostess. Servers all over the restaurant never even looked in our direction. Open tables everywhere. This is not the Chili’s you are looking for…

Terrific dinner at Chili's in Parker, CO tonight. Very pleasant young woman that helped us with our food orders. Was certain to guide us to the best value for our money. Very friendly and helpful. Great food as well. Loved every minute we were there. Thank you!!!

You never know how long it's going to take anymore when visiting a sit down restaurant these days. This crew was awesome! Refills were handled when needed, food was served hot, and customer service was definitely a priority to them! Thank you for the great service!!!

I haven't been to a Chilis in years. Almost 10. I decided to try them out again. Maybe the restaurant was understaffed, but 10 minutes to get someone to bring us drinks? It seems slow to me (first-world problems, I know). When the staff did come, they were friendly. Everyone was. So that's why chilis gets 1 star. The food was absolutely terrible. Maybe my expectations were too high... But it all tasted the same—fried low, quality food. And I didn't order fried food...Chilis is good for one thing. Low-quality cheap food. Suppose if that's your thing, great. Otherwise, find another place to eat and spend a little more. Higher prices don't always equal good food, but in this case, low prices equate low low-quality food.

After waiting for what seemed like forever for our food, and a ton of open tables as you can see, The wait time was about 45 minutes, we finally got out food, and my daughters burger was completely raw on the inside. I understand that they are very short staffed, but even being short staffed does not excuse a second time after the first burger being messed up. Highly disappointed in this trip, and I am not usually disappointed in this restruant.

I mean, it's Chili's so you go in there pretty much knowing what to expect food wise. This location is usually fairly busy but I've never had bad service here.

We've been to this Chili's several times before. The food is always so good and the specialty drinks from the bartender are perfect every time! The staff are so polite and they know their menu backwards and forwards! My husband ordered a chicken quesdilla andf fries. The waitress then showed him a menu item that was much more cost effective. That kind of customer service is so rare in the service industry especially today!!

Yeah…. No. I’ve been here plenty of times over the years and unfortunately the quality is sorely decreasing. I used to be able to order here and be served quickly with wonderful service. In today’s experience, everything was awful. My brother and I ordered medium steaks. We both got very very very well done steaks after about an hours wait. Our tablet was broken and the server got our order wrong. My order was supposed to be a part of a 2 for 25 order. But, everything ended up split up on the bill. If we hadn’t checked, we would have had to pay a lot more. There were also other problems like low staff and longer wait than we were told by far. I might recommend this place a while ago, I’m not so sure anymore. Maybe it’s just a rough time without the staff they need, or maybe the quality is just down hill for good.

Our curbside order was missing an entire entree and several sides. The side salad that we did receive was wilted. This location does not offer the level of service provided at other Chili's Restaurants. Disappointing experience.

The 1 star is for the corporate management that does not set up their employees for success.The app consistently states times that are never going to be fulfilled by the staff. They are overwhelmed and under trained.I witnessed an employee get berated by a customer who was waiting less time than I had already waited. The app times/check ins are not synced up with the staff inside trying to fulfill orders. Meanwhile management seemed to be unaware or incapable of stepping in.Help these young folks succeed. Do not send them into the storm without the proper tools.
