My boyfriend and I went for dinner we never ate there before. And I ALWAYS wanted to try their food. Service was good. But food not so much. I had a Chimmichanga I had green chilli and beef. The flour tortilla was soggy. Good amount of food on the plate for the price. My boyfriend had a fish taco and burrito. He complained about it the whole time. His was soggy as well. We both had beans and it had no taste. My boyfriend is Hispanic and it really wasn't Authentic. Excellent service though.
The staff is so welcoming! We visit about once a month and are remembered and always well taken care of. We are very fond of the Gran Dobel Margarita, 1 is more than enough. By the time it's time to order I usually like something lighter and get the tortilla soup. The garnishments make the soup and I have some to take home and enjoy later.
Friendly, attentive wait staff and good food. A little too much lettuce on my burrito. The house salsa is really good and they have a habanero salsa option but it was barely as spicy as the house salsa. They also offer a bean dip to go along with the salsa and chips. The place is accessible, my mother-in-law gets around with a cane or walker and she didn't have any problem. The usual price for a sit-down Mexican restaurant. Large selection, especially margaritas. The chips were really good, they have some body and were perfect as far as I'm concerned.
The breakfast trailer has *the best* breakfast burritos in the Denver metro area. No powdered eggs, all make to order (I think).The only downside is that “word is out” and you can expect to wait in a quick moving line at peak hours.The restaurant is also very good for lunch/dinner.
Food pretty good. Service is a little slow. Hard to get drink refills, once your food hits the table, the waitress dosent come back to check for drink refills. We had to go find her and ask, same for getting the check. I'll still go back cause the food is pretty good.

Stopped here for a quick lunch last week. Got served quickly. Chips and salsa (very good) arrived immediately. Beers were cold. Heuvos Rancheros were huge. Beef enchiladas as well. Plenty to eat. Great price. Our waiter was very efficient, and quick. Highly recommend if you're in the Parker area.
Good food, but the wait for a table is ridiculous. Most restaurants will take reservations or allow you to call ahead to put your name on the list. To have to come down and wait for more than an hour is crazy - why can’t you take a call to place your name on the list (especially when the wait is almost two hours).
Not sure how this is only rated 4.4, no matter what you order you'll leave full and delighted as the food is spectacular. The waiter/waitresses are amazing at their job and the wait time is not long at all. If you haven't checked this out, you better, your missing out.
The food was delicious, the service was outstanding! The atmosphere overall was very nice. I strongly suggest this place for a nice and entertaining place to eat with friends or even a romantic dinner. The prices were very fair
