I have never experience such wonderful customer service from a fast food restaurant, the respect, courtesy, and kindness of the staff is amazing. Great job Carl’s Jr., you’ve hired some gens!

We come here all the time and I love it. Food is always good, price is good, the staff are always super friendly. I just love them. You can tell they like working there because they’re always smiling. Super nice people! We have never had bad service or food there. The outside concrete is in bad shape in the front, but always clean when we go inside.
I have really tried to like the food here. It's very close to my house & convenient location. I have tried the Onion Ring with disappointment each of the 3 times.
The quality of the food wasn’t good, specifically the burger. The fries were ok. I only took a few bites of it and threw the rest away. Their soda machine was down. My coke was from a 2 liter bottle. I couldn’t even order a cup of water. Due to the poor quality in food, the price that I paid, should’ve been way less than $18. The customer service from the staff member working the drive through was good.
Okay. It's fast food. For me, the emphasis isn't on the quality first when I'm craving a quick burger with fries it's about fast. But James took our order, brought it out to us in the dining room and was welcoming and personable. The entire staff was friendly while being busy. The food was fresh and delicious and just what I was craving. Bonus! They had fried zucchini. Who knew. It was delicious. So we're the fries in my grandson's kid's meal. (Blush, I stole one)I'll definitely go back next time I get a craving (Super Star!!)
Thick juicy burgers, I highly recommend the guacamole burger if you haven't tried it yet! Really tasty especially if you like a bit of Mexican toppings on your burger, almost makes a Taco Sandwich.

I sure love the Western Bacon Cheeseburger! Their other Burgers... not so much. Haven't tried their hand breaded chicken sandwich yet - but looks really good! There was a free premium with a $25 gift card purchase... a free Star Burger.
First time ever going. The cheeseburger was good the were great. Wife got a chicken sandwich and she enjoyed it. The fries were great.
Never got to buy any food. They would not sell to anyone but uber and other delivery services. Way too covid paranoid. Other restaurants all over our area had to- go and dine in service. Got chickfila instead. Nobody died or got sick.
