Night staff is trash and management needs to know and address. Poorly made cold food. Drink had no ice and was flat. 2 meals cost us almost $30 just to throw it up a few hours later. This is not the first time it's been poor at night either. Thought giving it a few months things would improve...... Nope!

Soda machines had visible mold especially in the ice maker. Manager was not friendly and didn't seem interested in getting it cleaned up. Order was incorrect, but didn't bother trying to get it fixed.
Although, this experience was better than the last time I went into this Burger King it is still in need of improvement. The General Manger nor Manager of the restaurant spoke and did not ask how may I help you. I stood 1-2 minutes before any recognition. There were serval workers. Food was prepared slightly better. The worker that did help me was nice. He did not speak English. It is not the restaurant ( Burger King). It is the people put in place to run the restaurant that bring difficulty.
They refused to make me a Carmel Frappe for some weird reason. They said they don’t make those anymore but I literally got one last week. I had to repeat my order 4 times because the guy kept putting French fries on my order. I never ordered French fries. I was the only one inside and waited 10 min for a sandwich and a ice coffee (which wasn’t very good) Burger King has really dropped the ball the last few years. After reading about the credit card scams I will come back here with the news if they take my information like they have to several others.
Food was extremely cold. Not to mention I ordered a ham and a sausage breakfast sandwich and got 2 bacons. I don’t know if you’ve ever had their bacon but it’s like biting through a plank of wood. And their drink sizes are pretty ridiculous. My 4 dollar medium coffee was actually a small. I asked to see their small and it was like a child’s size for like 20 cents less. Only reason I went to this one is cuz the one by my house in aurora wasn’t even open! Get it together Burger King.
These were supposed to be "mozzarella sticks". I don't know what this is. Is it even cheese? It's something hard, yellow and thin inside. Not cheese. As if it's been sitting out for over a day. When I took a bite of the first one, it just crumbled everywhere. I immediately threw it all away. The chicken nuggets also seemed old. Would not go here again.
they will charge your credit card even If it's been one month later. they did this to me 3 times. I never ate at Burger King especially at this location within the last month because they are rude as hell. today I just looked at my credit card pending transactions, and they charged me. I don't know if someone there is saving credit card info to eat lunch, but they are charging. be careful, and their phone don't ring so you can't even call the manager.
I wrote a post on Sunday when I Ordered a whopper with ketchup and mustard no cheese no mayo. The guy got it wrong on the screen I corrected him he did not correct it on the screen. I get up to the window he doesn’t speak a word to me. Takes my card then gives me my food and card back. I asked for ketchup he sighed and gave me a fist full. I drove away irritated got home and the whopper had no ketchup no mustard only mayo the one thing I did not want. I had to throw this food away. And wrote my review. Three days later I get a charge on my debit card for $5.40 from this exact location with a manual card entry. This person stole my credit card information I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. This person should be arrested.
Drove up to the window to get my poorly prepared meal and the staff was making fun of the person ordering in drive thru....what kind of service are they teaching here, I dont care so much about the missing food in my order as i do knowing every time I order some kid will be mocking me with his friends on the other side. Definitely dont plan to return to this circus. GM needs to be fired and get this restaurant in order!
Went through the drive thru to order the spicy ch'king. Had to repeat myself four or five times to the person taking my order as it appeared English was not their first language. Another gentleman handed me the order. Still got it wrong by a mile, but was already home. Bland fries and a cold burger on sourdough. Don't be afraid to hold up the line to check your order.
