It's the same everywhere you go. Drive thru not operating, had to go inside. Coke was not working in the lobby. They handled it though.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I came here yesterday after signing a lease at the apartments across the street. I ordered two turn overs and some other food. I started to drive away and I hear someone saying “Ma’am! Ma’am!” and see the lovely Justice running towards my car. They had forgotten to give me my turn overs. I was taken aback by this kind of service, and the food was good! Thank you Justice!

This is on my way home and i love arbys so i try to make the stop. Last few times it’s been closed during normal business hours. I’m sure this is due labor shortage stuff but honestly every place around you is figuring it out. I’m sure this hurts your supply chain and business.

Food was fresh and good. Doing the best they can with short staff. The peach lemonade is delicious!

The Drive Thru wait at this location was unreasonable. We pulled up to the Drive Thru because our family was in a time crunch. With only 2 cars ahead of us in line, we were in the Drive Thru for a very very long time. The staff was very friendly and nice, I’m assuming they are understaffed and this location is managed horribly. We will not return to this location again because of the unusually long wait. We go to Drive Thru restaurants when we need food fast, this location was terribly slow when they weren’t even busy.

Never really busy so it's always freshly made

Slow service. No one was there when we ordered, so you'd think it would be quick... NOPE! Also the food wasn't hot at all. The fries tasted like they were made an hour ago. The fish was not even remotely hot. Basically don't come to this Arby's if u want hot or fresh food. Bye bye 17$ cuz 80% of our food went in the trash ?

This Arby's always closes early. Tried to go through the drive through at 8:50pm tonight and they had already closed. This isn't the first time it's happened either. When you try to call the store it plays their "with another customer" message and the hours on their website say open til 12am. It would be nice if they could update their hours online or have them on the phone.

Pretty standard for Arby's. The drive through lines seem to always be long.
