Always friendly, and cheaper than Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Also, quicker in my experience because they don’t have the same brand recognition as the other two. I’ve been stuck in a 45 minute line at Dutch Bros, and I’ve paid $7 for for a small nitro at Starbucks. Both situations are outrageous. The only reason this Ziggi’s doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the absurd way to get in and out of the place.
I always appreciate the patience of the staff when trying to decide what to order. It's very nice not to feel rushed. Price point is great and beats a lot of other coffee shops around.

Made us wait forever for a coffee that didn't compete with 711 gas station coffee. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed.
On Sunday, Dec 12th:Barista did not give us our total at the speaker OR the window... Not even when we gave her the money and she gave us our change... She didn't tell us what our change was,, she just gave us our cash back.. I had to ask for my rewards card back because she didn't give it back,, she didn't ask if I wanted to us my full (after this visit) rewards card to pay for 1 of our drinks,, she just assumed I wanted to use it... I had to ask for it back before we pulled away (I like saving my full cards to give as gifts).. She didn't ask if we wanted espresso beans with our coffee's... My burrito was a complete mess and fell apart wen I took it out of the bag... We tried this location because we love ziggi's but this store was a disaster experience so we will stick with our 2 usual stores here in town from now on..
Just came back from the first time ever going here. This location makes the rest of Ziggis in Loveland look HORRIBLE! Not only did the lady give herself a tip (never handed me the iPad like other locations) but as she handed me the 2nd drink of the 4 drinks I order; she looked at me with a blank face and said “are you waiting on something?”. Of course I was I was missing 2 drinks! Never coming to this location again. Which by the way, it’s poorly built. The entrance to this location is poorly thought out. If you want poor service and giving away tips without consent this is your store.
Great Coffee! Like the best ever, but getting in and out of this location can be tricky, maybe strike some kind of a deal to get an exit added out to that large empty lot right next to it.
