I keep trying this location and continue to be disappointed. They have now moved to the app which is great because I have wanted to have the ability to order ahead since this location opened. However without warning they stopped excepting the punch card so I was unable to take advantage of my free drink last week. Then today I pull up and the guy taking orders outside tells me he does not have the camera to scan my code to start earning and tells me to have them scan it at the front. Get up there they tell oh no they can’t it has to be done before you pay. This facility is in DESPERATE need of team meetings!!
Normally we LOVE this ziggis, I'm disappointed in myself for forgetting to drop a 5 star review earlier. That being said, every single one of our 4 drinks was wrong today. Whip and drinks ordered with no whip, the wrong milk in one of them, and no added flavors to the last.This is our regular ziggis, we come here at least 2 times a week. I'm so frustrated that our trip went like this. Not what I'm used to from this coffee shop. Not at all.
Super sweet baristas and the best part? I have never once had my order screwed up (unlike a few other Loveland coffee shops that shall, for now, remain nameless).
The staff is friendly and the drinks a amazing. I will add though the bread is small and could of been more moist but all in all very satisfied
Great coffee, hot chocolate, lattes, fraps, snacks, etc. Customer service is excellent!! In my opinion, Ziggi's is better than other coffee chains!
Not a fan of the Charliejoe chai, sorry to say. Couldn’t figure out how to reply to the other ziggis response post but the chai was better before. I don’t love the vibe I get from the website and it tastes mass produced and like there’s citric acid in it or something. Idk, it’s just not great to me and I would buy more chai from here if it was the way it was before. Just my opinion though. Also it seemed like the employees weren’t being treated very well by whoever was in charge

One of my fave coffee places. It rates well above one of the other well known brand names when it comes to good coffee.
had the most amazing experience here! Jill, the owner, was so friendly and nice! Had the most amazing coffee and muffin! The service was incredible and the inside of the location was very cute. Would definitely recommend to friends and will absolutely be coming back to try other items of the menu!
