The food here are great! The GM and other managers truly care about customers. They go above and beyond. The new folks they just hired are pretty amazing, too. It's better service than most full service restaurants. The new honey hot is super good. Very consistent location! They tend to go a little light on there flavors (thanks corporate), but they'll hook you up with extra sauce or rub, no problem! We always get the Louisiana Rub with extra extra rub. Love this place!
Had great wings! The experience was good and the server was super cool! Plus the Wimbledon was on making it a fantastic time!
Wingstop in Loveland went above and beyond when I made a mistake ordering through a third party. Not only did they correct the order, they did it graciously and didn't charge me for my error. I couldn't even believe it, but I got a call from the store manager (I think you were the manager, so forgive, me if I'm wrong) Andy, to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely amazing. This was my first experience ordering from them, and after this, they can count on me as a loyal customer. Kudos to Andy and Wingstop! 5 Stars and more!
I was there with a friend it probably would have gotten a five star except it took a very long time to get the meal. It's not fast food that's for sure. It was great other than that.
Despite staffing issues this store always delivers a quality product. Definitely our first choice for wings.
literally the best boneless wings ever, they are huge & have no fat whatsoever unlike wing shack boneless! super juicy, good crunch & great price! my favorite sauce is the bbq

oof. First timer, BWW casual. Thought I'd come here to try cheaper wings. ABSOLUTE MISTAKE. Boneless wings here are basically grocery store freezer section quality and the "hot" option is mild at best. Tried adding my own sauce and it made it taste weirder.
Best Wingstop we've had in awhile, we eat it quite often too. Thanks to the young man who helped us, young Hispanic man. Cook did her thing!
