This place used to be awesome but my last 2 visits have been nightmares. First visit that prompted my 6 month hiatus was when I ordered some wings and had a coupon. There was a simple miscommunication - can't add a coupon to a carry out special. Simple enough, but when I asked "why wouldn't this be explained over the phone" the girl, who I only assume was the manager responded with a snarky attitude sharply saying "It doesn't matter but I'm not adding a coupon for you". Never asked her to, simply asking for clarification. This go around, we ordered some fries and received a bag of unseasoned mashed potatoes shaped like fries in some areas. The bag was soaked through with moisture/oil and the fries fell apart while trying to pull them from the bag. There was also no seasoning on them at all. I miss when there was this location and the Greeley location. The quality of food, attitude and courtesy of staff was much much higher.
Had a gift card for wings. Tasty but not quite Jim's Wings but closer to home. Large variety of sauces but the lunch specials are expensive at $12 and don't include the salad any more, which is sad. Lots of big screens. Young crew with romantic relationships.
Tasty, but the boneless wings are TINY (about the size of a ping pong ball every time I've gotten them) and add up to over $1 each. Overpriced in my opinion. Also, why is a large side of wing sauce the same size as the small size and twice the price?
I’m a regular patron of Wing Shack. Tonight the wings were exceptionally good. Zachary B who checked us out was extremely helpful and talked to my wife about upcoming drink selections. It was great to have awesome customer service with a restaurant. I own Hulk Addicts Hauling and Junk Removal where we strive for great customer service. Zach's service is over and above what is expected from anyone. Our car battery died in the parking lot and he went out of his way to make sure we got it jumped and running again. Not just once but twice. Thanks Zach for your help, we can't express with words how grateful we are, truly!!!
Made an order inside the resteraunt and Val came to check on me and my baby later to make sure we didnt need anything else. She was very helpful and pleasent. Food was tasty as well
They had a flavor of the month that was to die for. It was garlic parm and hope they make it a permanent flavor. Great wings and extras. Love their mushrooms.
Best wings you can get anywhere without a doubt. My last visit I had a problem with my order and didn't notice til I got home. Called back and the staff was overwhelming courteous about the mishap and honestly made me like the place even more. Don't look for wings anywhere else!
Honestly, this place has some of the best fried chicken around. Sure, place is a little expensive, but the quality of the chicken is 10/10. I got their boneless option, and they were well worth the money; very fancy chicken nuggets basically!Also, their Buffalo sauce is on point!
I love wing shack. Great chicken sandwiches, great value. I highly recommend trying the hot garlic sauce on any chicken.
