Out of forks yet the have no problem selling you chili or frosty that need them. When I asked the manager was smart about it and said yep kinda hard to eat it with out a spoon. This is the second time we have been to this location and service was horrible if you want Wendy’s go to the other one much better.
Customer Service done right.I won't deny it, a week and a half ago my father and I went to Wendy's late at night to try the new Biggie Bags. We were very dissappointed in receiving cold, dry food.However, when we went back, the wonderful staff there made it up and then some. We got entirely new meals, piping hot, and we got to try the new Strawberry Frosty! (Which was delicious of course, I highly recommend it.)While there's always a chance for food service to make mistakes late at night, this Wendy's really knows how to treat the customer right. I'm very happy with my experience and will happily eat there again.
Oh my gosh. I tried the new Strawberry Frostie on the recommendation of the guys up front for lunch today. It was DELICIOUS. Good job, Wendy's!The Biggie Bag remains the most affordable and delicous meal deal in the area, too. 10/10 and keep up the great work! ?
McDonald's is our normal go-to for bfast on the go. We took a chance on Wendy's today. Definitely didn't regret it. Biscuits beat mcd hands down. Not sure about the seasoned potatoes.... They were hot/fresh and definitely not bad, just not sure for bfast....
I just went through and this is the third time now recently where I order a spicy chicken sandwich combo and it's needed up. I also ordered an extra spicy sandwich and it was just a regular homestyle chicken. On top of that they both only had mayo on them. It's not hard to put lettuce and a slice of tomato. I know the workers don't care about this review but I had to post something since I didn't even get my receipt to call the store.
This place is absolutely the worst place i have ever ordered food from . From having a hair in my food to repeatedly getting food orders wrong . I am actually going to report them to health and safety and there corporate office. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!!
Get it together. A Bread clip on my burger is not what I ordered. Thanks for trying to kill me.
Wendy's is always good. Took off a star since there is no dining inside. It's 2022, not 2021 anymore.
Even though we were the only ones in line, the staff kept walking by and asking us to wait "for a minute". Our order was incorrect with the burgers. The manager did offer to remake the burgers for us, but we didn't have time to wait.
