Thieves. I used the app to place an order. I got to the restaurant to pick up my $15 order and apparently they were out of beef. It happens, I'm not mad about that. I told them to cancel the order. The cashier said that she did and I left. I still have the charge on my card almost two weeks later. No response to the message I sent to customer service. I'm done with Wendy's and their garbage app, and I have this location to thank for that :)

Very quick, easy to communicate and everything was made correctly.. Really it was perfect. Which was actually impressive for a fast food restaurant. Most definitely a nice, welcomed change!

Whoever has been assembling food orders during the evening shift is not paying close enough attention. We came back three times to get one burger order corrected which had additional toppings which cost us extra money. This happened to us before last month when we went through the drive thru. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and no bacon! I live right down the street and from now on if I order in the lobby or in the drive thru I’m going to unwrap my orders and I’m going to make absolutely sure it’s how I submitted my order which has been through the app every single time! The app is proving itself worthy for holding slackers accountable. Management NEEDS to do the same.

I ordered a breakfast baconater sandwich, told there was a shortage of sausage and could put extra bacon on it... Fine. Pull up to the window, suddenly they had some sausage... Again fine. The sandwich was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. I took one bite and felt like throwing up. Seemed like it had been on a steam table all night. Absolute worst fast food experience. Because of my commute I stopped at the Wendy's in Longmont, got the same sandwich and it was fine. Going to stop payment for the Loveland store. It actually made me sick. Eating the sandwich that is. I might actually report them to the Larimer health department.

I was trying to order and the menu boards were turned a way to where the glare from the sun made it hard to see and I was trying to tell the lady and they didn’t even bother to respond and when I said hello they said they’re turned the way they always are and I said no ma’am they are not I cannot see them, very rudely she responded to me instead of just saying let me check them, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and I’ve worked in the industry before. I would recommend not going to the Wendy’s on west Eisenhower very rude drive thru staff tonight

I don’t want to give a chain 5 stars, even if the spicy nuggets are amazing, just because I know their staff is severely overworked and underpaid and is complacent in animal abuse. The food is good though and I do always come back. The fries used to be better and I do wish the large cups weren’t so top heavy because I did spill a large coffee in my car. I’d love if it was cheaper too but altogether Wendy’s does slap.

I'm sorry but I just had the worst experience and food at this Wendy's that I dought I will ever go back there until things change! The girl at the window around 2:30 3:00 pm Thursday was the worst I have ever seen in there! Very pushy, rude, and inconsiderate,! Not only that, worst food that my wife and I have ever gotten, it was all cold, bits and pieces of fries,cold also and nuggets were burned and tasteless. The burger was cold and tasted like it had sat for at least half a day!!Terrible !!

this place is really hit or miss. i've gotten some good food from here and i've gotten food where i was like WHY did pay for this. always and i mean always check to make sure you get any sauce you ordered before you drive away lol.

I went in and I got some food and I ate it the only reason it doesn't get five stars is because they didn't have a functioning public restroom I figure if I pay my $13 and change I ought to be able to take a s*** one man's opinion.

I am sooooooooooooo mad right now! I never come here for my lunch break because the drive thru always looks so long. So today I had a craving for the New Hot Honey chicken sandwich on their menu, upon arriving the drive thru was packed….so long it was out to the driveway. I decided to go inside, hoping it may be quicker. I was totally wrong!! They only had 1 cashier working for the dining room and no one was even helping her get the food yet there were 6 people working on drive thru. I waited literally almost 20 minutes just to ORDER my food because the poor cashier (Abbe) was taking orders and filling them while the kid working on the fries had the nerve to criticize how she was filling the orders instead of helping her, he just stood their watching the fries cook. So now after 30 minutes of waiting in the dining room I finally get my food but have no time to eat it, so I rush back to work and tried to sneak the food at my desk since my lunchtime is over and should have already eaten….I open up my food to find that this isn’t even what I ordered let alone is it even close enough in price for me to accept this. I included a photo because this is a rip off…..I paid over $7.00 for a Hot Honey sandwich and basically got a jr bacon chicken sandwich. If this location doesn’t do something to make this right, I will never visit here again. And by the way Abbe needs a raise if she is going to be doing the work of 3 people
