I love their grilled ham and cheese with green chilies! That is what keeps me coming back. I have ordered many times. This is the third time I have ordered and my sandwich was wrong, no green chilies. I I'm not one to complain, however tonight when I called to let them know that it was wrong. The woman who answered the phone told me oh I'm sorry your order was wrong I will let the cook know. Then she hung up... Just saying. Maybe a little more customer service would be nice.
If you want the Real deal Philly cheesesteak, this is it ! Our food was delicious. The service was great. We loved it !!! Our compliments toScott and the rest of the crew for making our first visit one that will keep us coming back for more.

If you have a special request( no onions), check your order before you leave. 50% of the time our order (special requests) gets screwed up. Otherwise good.
We were hesitant to try this place based on some of the reviews but I'm so glad we decided to give it a shot! It was very clean and our food was delicious! It only took about 10 minutes before our food was brought to the table. I had the chicken cheese steak with mushroom and my husband got the regular cheese steak. They were both delicious! The fries were hot and crispy with a tasty cheese whiz on top. My very finicky 2 year old also loved his ham and cheese sandwich. We will definitely be going back!
Great sandwiches. The Green Chile Philly is my go-to, an 8” is perfect for lunch. To-go orders take about 15-20 minutes, which is longer than most. But if it means the food is fresh, I’m happy to wait!
Grotesque. Filthy, dirty, smells like a bathroom in the Philadelphia subway, and your order will take 40 minutes. New staff every day because the quit, and the person cooking i the back is vulgar and rude. Cannot even give the food a good rating. I smelled like this restaurant the rest of the day.
I feel sorry for the staff at any restaurant. Shortages of staff and food make for trying times. That said we got the best Cheesesteaks last night. They didn't have the green chili french fries so we will have to go back again. They went above and beyond with our order. This is one of our favorite places.
Very rude owner. Pretty unsanitary facility. Had to wait for food pretty long time and when we got it, they were not even apologizing for their mistakes. Go somewhere else!
