WOW! My family and I recently moved here to Loveland from Las Vegas, NV and tried Taco John's for the first time today. I got the #6 Combo of a Fried Chicken Burrito and loved it! The burrito was a great size, nicely pressed on the grill with perfectly cooked chicken and a delicious sauce. It was nice that how it was made was perfect for driving and eating, no mess! And the potatoes were hot and crispy, not greasy at all. Lastly the lady working the drive thru was so nice and friendly. I'll be back again soon - and often!
Have never been a big fan of TJ's. They do have a couple deserts that are tasty but would rather go to other fast food Mexican places when I get that craving.
I haven't had Taco John's for a very long time. I was pleasantly surprised. The soft taco I bought my wife was very fresh and not dripping.I like Taco Bell but their soft tacos are dripping with juices from the meat or the tomatoes.From this experience I am going to Taco John's over Taco Bell.
It was good but the service a little slow. I tried their fried chicken tacos I think that they were very good. So, kinda worth the wait. By the way I do understand that having enough people for places to run effectively Is a challenge these days.
Super slow 6 people were working and just blatently did not care just standing around food was even cold by the time we got it. I think we waited in line a good 40 min and there were only three cars in front of us. Dissapointing.
The line can get big but I never wait too long. The food is always made fresh and always delicious. I always have thought they make great tacos and I love their hot sauce it tastes like salsa.
Still waiting on my oder to be fixed. Spoke w a female who identified herself as a manager n said come back thru n let the crew know we spoke and i would have my order replaced and here we are two weeks later i tried to go get that food and was told no. Like are you kidding..i come there numerous times a week and its not like its that much.. it was just street tacos extra lime slices large w a pepsi n side of cheese and guac. I think it was like 11$ . Your thr only taco johns we go to get it together. It would have never had to be replaced had it not had hair all up in my food???
We had never been to one before and stop by this one to experience it. Typical fast food Mexican, but really, the staff is very friendly and the food was pretty good!
Today I stopped in for breakfast, I used mobile order feature from their app, it is the best. Spot on orders and shows you the detailed options where I can customize orders. When I went in store to pick up today the help went above and beyond and were kind. Made me feel VIP, super friendly and great service. Store is super clean. I highly recommend this place. Food is fresh too. I enjoy small town life where people still care about you, combine that with ease of mobile app. Great place to grab a bite.
Normally they do a really good job and we love this place. But this time they gave us the wrong soda flavor twice and their attitudes were not very pleasant to deal with. They acted like they were being put out by what we were asking for.
