If I could give it 0 stars I would, I walked inside to try to get dinner sat inside for 5 minutes before I was greeted. Then finally someone came up to the group of people standing in line and told everyone they would have to go through the drive through. There were no signs stating that they were short staffed. Plenty of employees were making eye contact and just walking past us. We proceed to go through the drive through and while we’re waiting for our order, we see a blonde girl standing on her phone taking photos of herself. While there were other people standing in line she noticed them and moved out of the way so they couldn’t see her. If they are short staffed enough to not allow dining inside there needs to be a sign so people don’t stand and wait for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged.
Hot food, however whenever you see the sign saying you get free food if they don't give you you're receipt, make sure to check for the receipt AT THE WINDOW and tell them right then and there.Drove off once, didn't even leave the parking lot, when I realized I wasn't given mine and when I went inside and told them they refused to admit their mistake and treated me like I was lying to them.
When we walked in the girl at the register was taking selfies and when we started ordering she said that she was new and wasn't sure what she was doing. She got a manager to figure out where things were on the computer.She got everything ordered up and then the 13min wait started. They brought out some food that clearly wasn't ours...(it was for the drive thru) then waited another 7 minutes till I went up and asked where our food was. Another 5 or more minutes went by and we finally got our food.The food was alright. Not amazing. No apologies for taking forever.Managers need to take the time to shadow and train their team members.And their parking lot needs to be redone. Can't see any of the lines or parking stalls.
I have nothing good to say about this store. Their hours are never consistent, even if Google Maps says they're open. Usually understaffed, always slow, and food is rarely fresh but never great.
This is the last time I'm ever coming to this stupid restaurant. I stood at the counter for 5 mins and the few people working in the kitchen and drive-thru were happy to ignore me for that entire 5 mins. This location SUCKS so don't come here. NO ONE should come here.
Taco shells stale, every taco/chalupa was bagged upside down so when you pulled them, ingredients fell out of the tacos. Cheddar Chalupa was beyond over fried. Just bad
Worst Taco Bell ever, waited 30 min and never even got my food because all the employees were standing around talking, finally got a refund and left, also one of the dirtiest places I have been in a long time
This place has been bad for a long time. About time to review. They currently have no beans on a Friday night. They also have zero lights on the store. Outside, parking, even the sign is dark. This store is the most ridiculous taco bell ever. They have to be the only store in the franchise that closes early and doesnt have thousands of reviews on doordash, because they still charge a $5 delivery fee, so NO ONE EVER GOES HERE. Seriously, this store has to be run by somebody a few nacho fries short of a burrito meal deal...oh wait, no burritos, they're out of beans.
Stopped by this taco bell with only a measly couple dollars for lunch today, and the cashier at the drive through was so amazing, patient and friendly. Put a smile on my face after a hard day. He deserves a raise!!! Not sure of his name but he had bright red hair. If management sees this, please give him kudos for being such an amazing employee. Thank you!!!
They don't have enchirito's. Didn't give me the hot sauce that I requested.
