Don’t think I’ve ever gone here and gotten anything relatively close to what I order. I understand youre short staffed but I’d rather wait and receive my food than get whatever they decide to serve me. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

A good taco bell but they just dump the sauces on you. I ordered 3 tacos and a Quesadilla and have 21 sauce packets. Overkill. Food is good though.
I visit this location far more than I probably should but it is well worth it even when they have a line going out into the street! The staff is always friendly and quick about getting orders out! I have never received an incorrect order at this location which is a HUGE bonus! Spicy potato soft taco is BOMB!!!!!!!
My order taker was amazing! Strong attention to detail, owned her (only) mistake by ensuring my bill was correct before I paid, knew the products well and gave me total focus during our transaction. Gentleman who bagged my order smiled big and gave me a friendly closing statement. I'm sad about the poor reviews I've seen about this location. Hoping that's a thing of the past...I had a wonderful experience yesterday!
They're always bad. Today I was the 1st of 5 dashers to show up, and the last to get my order after waiting half an hour. Not to mention requesting dashers to fill drinks, which per our dasher contract is a violation of food safety and requires us to report the restaurant to Dash and local authorities for potential health code violations. Extreme? Probably, but it's still the policies demanded of us for customer security
Person who took our order pleasant and answered our questions, and was fine with me going back and changing my mind. Person who called our number and handed us our food did so with a smile and nice attitude. We found clean tables, help-youuself area well-stocked, and order was correct, hot and tasty. Best Taco Bell we've been to in awhile!
I know everyone's short staffed but it doesn't take extra people to have the lobby open for people to pick their online orders. Ordering for pickup, only to arrive at the restaurant and have to wait in a big line at the drive thru is annoying and totally unnecessary
The food and service was just fine no problems. However the place (inside and outside) smells like your at the sewer treatment plant. They are having serious sewer issues and no one working today around 10:30/11 this morning didn't seem to care about the smell even after bringing it to their attention as a paying customer. Please be weary if you are sensitive to bad smells.
Order $40 in tacos and ladies at the window Arturo g at me becasue I asked for 20 medium sauce packets. Tells me I try but you only ordered 8 items. What kind BS is this place.
SOOO GROSS - CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU BITE!I will NEVER go to this location again... We Ordered food here and my kiddo seen a hair sticking out of the taco after that my husband checked his Supreme Burrito just to make sure and what the hell is going on here he found one in his. As you can clearly see in the photos it's long and black and the cheese is melted with the hair in it. Sooo gross ??Hair nets should be worn it this location.
