Didn't get Lettuce in my sub or the 3 cookies I ordered. Also the guy working was clearly very high.
The sandwiches were really good. When we 1st got there a lady yelled for another person to help us. She didn't come so she yelled louder. She just stood behind the 2 that did help us.
My entire order was wrong.. which is inexcusable since I used the touchscreen at drive thru to place order. Then you call store and get busy signal for several hours and even next morning.
Never had a necessarily bad experience here, but today was so awesome. I think the manager was there, the name tag said B J Brandon on it. They were super kind when ringing up our order. The girl who made our sandwiches was also super nice!
Jordyn was extremely sweet and helpful. Sandwich was made quick and was delicious.
Online/mobile ordering + curbside pickup have been flawless all three times so far. Keep up the great work!
I went into the shop on 2/21/22 around noon and there were 3 total people working. I am empathetic to them being busy with drive thru orders but it doesn't make it ok to put my hot sandwich in the oven then let it sit out to get cold.The two people primarily making food were wearing gloves but the 3rd who was at register, drive thru, touching food and cookies was wearing no gloves, coughing and sniffling and touching her face!! In the times I COVID and even pre covid I would be disgusted by this! She was grabbing the tops of the cups with dirty hands she had just coughed into and touched her face. ? I had ordered a cookie but immediately told her to cancel it after I watched her open the brown bag and put her hand in the bag to open it. And she planned to get them out of there with no gloves.I spent $10.xx and I literally threw it all in the garbage I was so grossed out plus the sandwich was cold. I literally drove over to Freddie's and had a much better experience with a much business restaurant.Do better. But for the record, I will never be back to this location.
Friendly service, fresh food and can not beat the price. This establishment was very clean and smelt great.
Waited in drive thru for nearly half an hour on hour long lunch break, they do not prioritize you there, and my food was incorrect. Ridiculous service
I’m not sure where all of these bad reviews are coming from but we were on a job near this Subway all week and it was hands down the best Subway experience either of us have ever had. They were were so friendly and the sandwiches were delicious every single day. By the end of the week they even had my ridiculous sandwich order memorized. I believe Truman and Jason are the ones that helped us every day and they both were great. The bread is always fresh and the store is always clean. A couple of weeks ago I swore I was never going to come to Subway again because of the bad experiences I’ve had elsewhere and these guys turned it around for me!
