very bad experience with some lady over. she said The toaster is not working. and i asked her is The restroom open she said said I don't think so. Acting like she doesn't work there. But I think this behavior is racist

What subway experience by far! I understand they are understaffed but it shouldn’t be an excuse to keep lazy employees. The guy who made the sandwiches left the lady’s before mine in the oven and burnt it before wrapping it into a ball to give to her. He burnt my bacon so much I don’t think you could even call it bacon anymore.

2 stars given thanks to Ryan being great with helping me and being kind, otherwise I would give this no stars due to the experiences I've had with Chrissy for over a year now. Never pleasant, will find anything to do to avoid helping customers, has an attitude towards everyone, consistently late on opening restaurant. After my experience this morning I had to write a review along with informing corporate of my experiences with her. I try to give her the benefit of the doubt but this has been a constant issue. Today was the breaking point as I left work to go grab a sandwich quick on my break and arrived at 9:04 (opening times posted everywhere saying 9am) and the doors were locked (not first time she hasn't opened on time). Went back to my car to give her time to open, waited over 10 minutes watching her stand at the cash register doing nothing. I got out again and she took off to hide in the back and the door was still locked. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and she never returned. Kept trying to call and she wouldn't answer. Went back to work and decided I'd try again on my lunch break. Walked in and she was working with Ryan (5 stars his way), and when she saw me she went back to the back again and wouldn't help me even though there was no reason for it. Mind you, I have never once been rude to her and have given the benefit of the doubt that she's just going through a rough time. Ryan came to help me after he was done with a customer and I kindly asked if there was a reason they weren't open at 9 because I was just curious. He said he didn't arrive until 10 so he needed to ask Chrissy so he called her to the front and she avoided me again, and he asked her why it wasn't open at 9 to which she smirked and went to the back without a word. I have never seen an employee at any facility act this way and was shocked. If she's the manager then I am genuinely shocked at how she acts. Ryan apologized on her behalf and continued to help me. If he wasn't there I'm honestly not even sure if she would have helped me since she recognized me from standing outside waiting for her to open.

Unbelievably poor service. I walk up to order and she is wiping down counters. I stand there for at least a minute, she sees me but keeps wiping off counter. Finally I order. While I'm eating another customer comes in and she's now on a foot stool wiping down the menu signs. Sees the customer but keeps wiping. Then she gets down and walks out into back room. Customer is still standing there. After 1-2 minutes she comes out and takes order. Wow!

Girl there was super nice. But she made my sandwich pretty bad. Everything literally all fell out as soon as I opened it and it wasn’t even cut all the way through. It definitely wasn’t too full. Please make better sandwiches. I had to assemble my sandwich

I give this location 5 stars including the employee that help me Tiffany made my order for my family excellent service I wish you worked at a more permit store so you can make my sub again. I stopped in the employee said she left for the day I’ve seen her work at multiple locations working they must share there employees a lot. You do such amazing job I hope they keep you. There’s alot of new people here I hope I can catch her again.

I came in last night (1/30 @8pm) after a 13hr shift at the hospital and the woman there was warm, friendly, and kind. I didn't catch her name but she deserves a raise. Subway employees work 16 hour days and are understaffed right now yet she went out of her way to cheer me up!

There is an employee there named Ryder. He was by far the best subway employee I've ever dealt with.. nice guy, sense of humor, quick and he made a dam good sandwich!! Anytime I'm in the area I'll come to this subway because of Ryder!

Food was good. Aprons on one of the employee was gross dirty tomato, sauce other food on it.we had to ask for our table to be cleaned. No tables were clean only 2 customers in side including us. Not busy.

I've ordered from here three times. The first time it was fine. The second time I walked out without a sandwich. The woman did not ever greet me, letting me wait. Two other people walked in after me and left from the wait before she even said anything to me. Then once she finally acknowledged my existence she informed me they were out of the stuff needed to make my sandwich. Then this time I order...I am done. The flatbread is so thin it practically burnt from the toasting. It is rock hard and inedible. And, somehow, they found a way to not just overcook the sandwich, but it was also undercooked as the meat on the sandwich was still cold. Just don't waste your time with this location. The one at the next exit is infinitely better.
