This location is top notch! Been clean AND busy every time I’ve come in but didn’t stop the staff from greeting me and getting my food out quick! Really enjoy chatting with the lady with the long braid ( she’s told me her name I just forgot) thank you guys for showing up to work and keeping Loveland Colorado residence tummy’s full & happy. ☺️?

Arrived at this location at about 1:15pm, there were 4 customers ahead of me. One cashier that decided it was break time and one sandwich maker. The one sandwich maker not only made all the orders but he was the cashier as well. Finally when it was my time to order the said cashier that went on break came out to help, I watched him try and wash his hands not to food inspection quality, disappointing there but I was hungry. He made a comment of how he left for “5” minutes and it gets busy. I said nothing. I proceeded to place my order in which he gets what I thought was fresh bread but it was dried out and flaky, very disappointing after I’ve been waiting now for 15 minutes. Will I return to this location probably not. Just a heads up.
The people are friendly. If you come at lunch though they are usually out of things, the bain is dirty, and there will be a wait. They need a third person for lunches.
Went up to Loveland to eat lunch with my grandkids and their parents, everyone enjoyed the sandwiches from Subway and they were all different.
Very good service. Food had very pleasing flavor.
The guy behind the counter was super patient with us. The music was a little loud for my sensory kiddo. However he did say the sandwich was amazing. Thank you!!
Ordered a melt sandwich was not that. It was made cold. The app is not user friendly and don't try calling. I did 2 different locations and BOTH hung up 3X
The Vegetables are soggy, the lettuce is turning brown, the meat is cold even after it was placed it the mini oven. The guy that put the veggies on my sandwich didn't listen and just put a handful of everything I asked for on the bread and covered it in dressing... C'mon people, you are supposed to be "Sandwich Artists" figure your stuff out.
