I had to return and have my coffee remade. It tasted burnt or that the pot needed to be cleaned. The coffee is way to much money for it to be gross!!

They seem to get my drink orders wrong very often. Like 2 out of 10 visits I get my drink made right.Also, the only times I seem to have a good customer interactions with employees is when I notice employees from other stores working at this one for a day.

Thatnurse77 just posted on tiktok that she cried all through the line, ready to end her life and the girls here pitched in for her drink and showed her kindness that made her reconsider. I lost a family member to depression last week. They need to be publicly recognized for helping save her life. ?
The Coffees, food & service are great. It was fast & friendly, the food & drinks were pipin' hot. I recommend this Starbuck's to everyone! Thanks for our breakfast

It was great! Staff was friendly, decafe pour over was perfect, store was tidy, and the Christmas lights outside were magical!!
Beth was super sweet. She was smiling under her mask the whole time as she managed the busy holiday season lines and mobile orders. 5/5 stars for sure. As a manager in retail, I appreciated her communication about my order while I waited. This will be my new go to Starbucks!
