I just want to give a shout out to Stewie (who I think was a manager). When I stopped in for a coffee the service was great and everyone there seemed happy to be there early on a Friday morning. I was most impressed by how Stewie talked to the team and encouraged them. It just stood out and isn't something you get to see/hear everywhere you go... and my drink was great, too.
I bought a tall chocolate cream cold brew coffee today and as I was driving to my appointment, the lid popped off and the coffee went everywhere. I was literally dripping with ice cold coffee all over my clothes and car. Once I was finished with my appointment and on my way home, I decided to stop and get another cold brew since it was a new concoction that I wanted to try. The staff at the Starbucks gave me a free cold brew and apologized for the coffee that spilled all over me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff at this Starbucks because they have always been very accommodating, professional, and friendly.
The last Starbucks I went to had very hard rock and it makes people edgey. This Starbucks plays comfortable music and the baristas are wonderful!
9 out of 10 times at a Starbucks the cashier tells me they are out of decaf coffee and asks me if I want an americano decaf. I will ask them for a pour over decaf and then they give me the look of hate with “ are you Willy to wait 10 mins”. I always wait and leave with my decaf of shame. BUT NOT TODAY!! Jess at the Starbucks north Loveland store asked me if I would like an americano or a pour over and I said pour over please. She agreed that the pour over is so much better. TANK YOU JESS!!!
This location is so friendly and quick! I always appreciate their smiling faces and lovely customer service! I always feel welcome at this location!
Great place for a cup of something hot on a cold winter day. Very welcoming and warm staff to greet you, and provide you with your custom made refreshment. Nice place for meeting for business or maybe job interviews, or just catch up with an old friend.
I will not return to Starbucks. I cannot tip using a card so they’d rather people exchange filthy dollar bills instead. They hurt their employees because of this so I will NOT support them anymore.

Very nice staff!! Drive thru normally has a few cars, but they are fast there! I didn't have to wait long at all!! My hot chai tea was amazing!!!
