They make such a good strawberry açaí refresher (it’s insane) and they always make sure to leave out the strawberries if requested. I say that because other locations have struggled with that detail from time to time. Friendly staff and swift service, too!
As a regular here, I always appreciate the staff's friendly demeanor. They are always working to get orders out fast, while taking the time to get to know their regulars.
I like their staff, but their wifi doesn't work. I purposely went there to do some work and relax with my cup of coffee but the entire time I was their was all used up trying to figure out how their wifi work in my laptop and cellphone. It was disappointing. They said it wasn't the first time that somebody told them about the wifi issue. I wish they had solved it the first time they were told about the wifi issue.A mother like me who just wanted to have a time for work, trying to be out from home for a "me time", and not having a lot of time, it would have been great if I didn't have to drive again and go right back home and be saddened that I just spent my time at starbucks fixing wifi connections.
Friendly staff. I would recommend their bacon egg bites. They do have vegetarian options for the egg bites.
I had forgot to make coffee before I left for work. Well, I didn't actually forget, I just got into an argument with my alarm clock and ended up running a little bit behind. So I needed a bit of caffeine fortification in order to function for the first part of my day. Enter Starbucks off 2nd Ave. and Filmore in Cherry Creek. A Venti Americano was the order of the day, and I had my Coffee up in rather short order. The most satisfying thing that can put a smile on anyone's face on cold Colorado winter morning is the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. And Starbucks delivered a cup of piping hot aromatherapy. So if you work in the Cherry Creek area and need a cup of positivity to start your day, Starbucks on 2nd Ave. and Filmore would be a great place to start your day. Bravo Zulu, guys.
We came through the drive through a little after 11 this morning- 1/16/22. Our total was $10.35. I started to hand the attendant my cash and she isn’t paying attention and drops the dime. I can’t open my door wide enough to reach it and she’s just standing there! I said just take a dime out of your tip jar- which was packed with ones and change. She said, “I don’t see any dimes”. I said, “there’s 10 dimes in that dollar bill!” Umm- you dropped the money- ever heard of taking responsibility for YOUR mistakes? It’s only a dime, but it’s the principal of it: you dropped it, take care of it! I’ve never had a SB employee be so ignorant. Common sense- take care of your mistake.
Every person I have talked to has been the sweetest. I'm not sure about the atmosphere inside, but the drive thru is great!
Was appalled that staff were allowing, and ignoring unmasked customers coming into the business after a county wide mask mandate had gone into affect. No sign outside the entrance stating they required masks either. I counted 4 customers w/o masks. Guess the dollar is more important than lives! I mentioned it to several of the staff who seemed self-centered and oblivious. Additionally, I ordered and paid for a large drink and was given a small. Sure, keep my "tip!!"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size drink and the barista Amanda was amazing!!! She remade my order without charging me twice! She was so thoughtful and I appreciated her patience and giving me exceptional service! Thank Amanda your awesome
Went thru the drive thru & only had a couple of cars ahead of us. I wanted a breakfast sandwich but they were out of all of them which is why there's a drop in 1star. I did get a frap which was delicious as always.
