I love Sonic, but they should shut this one down. They don’t allow the sonic App. They don’t take mobile pay like all the others. They mess up the order I was say every other time. I usually drive to one of the further ones because they take the app and typically don’t mess up the order. Charged extra for bacon, green chili both missing along with all the condiments I ordered. I need to start checking before I leave it make the king drive. You would think people would take pride in their work and don’t understand why they don’t make more then 16 an hour.

Didn't even wait for food. 45 plus minute wait in the drive through and could not leave the line because we were boxed in. Please note: the drive up bays are closed even though they are not signed. I assume Sonic is understaffed, but close the restaurant, limit hours or pay staff more if you cannot deliver service.

They're trying their best. Everytime I've gone here the food is good. As a company though it's extremely disappointing to see how badly they treat their employees. This location is always short-staffed and they need help. But I appreciate them doing what they can.

Not enough employees to provide for its customers. Service was absolutely horrible!!!! Waited 15 minutes before my order was even taken. Ended up going through the drive thru because it seemed a little faster but I still had to wait an additional 15 mins before my order was even taken. Once I got my food, the tater tots were not cooked all the way through. They were still a little bit in a frozen state. Employees seemed scattered- brained without knowing what was happening or going on. They were completely clueless.

We sat in the pull up lanes, pressed the button and waited for over 10 minutes. We watched someone come out and put up some signs. We waited a couple of more minutes then called the number. They told us they were only serving drive through as they were short staffed and they had hung up signs. We told them yea we have been sitting here for over 10 minutes. Along with several other vehicles. We saw you put up signs by the entrance but you never bothered to tell the vehicles waiting or even just use the call button to tell them you were only doing drive through. Just let people sit there! Awful customer service and we will not be returning!

Moved to Loveland 3 years ago. Drive by Sonic frequently---thinking I should try it sometime. That sometime was last night. Just give me the photograph on the menu. I'll eat that. Probably taste better than the 1/4 pound burger I took home. Zero taste. OK I'll try the fries. Stone cold they were.Lesson learned. Never again.

Manager is terrible. They will ring your food up at drive thru screen, show you a total, tell you the total and when you pay it's a completely different total. Food is cold and old. Avoid this location at all costs.

Worst Sonic I have ever been to! Cheeseburger was disgusting, top of bun was mushy and bottom was rock hard. Meat looked awful and was cold and gray. French fries were cold, old and gross. I would highly suggest not eating here.

We went to the Sonic in Loveland CO (45th St), on March 18, 2022 at approximately 12:00 pm. There were two cars on the north side and two cars in the drive thru. I pushed the call button and waited. After getting no answer, I pushed the call button two more times. Never got an answer, so we went somewhere else.A few weeks ago, stopped at the same store. An employee told me to go thru drive thru, as he was the only person working. This store gone way downhill. We won't return. has gone

Dunno why so many people seem to have problems with this location. I’ve got a friend who lives nearby, and we eat here often with almost zero issue. They’ve got some of the nicest employees of any of the locations around here, their screens are more consistently in working order than other locations around here, all their tables are clean, and they’ll always correct your drink or food if they get anything wrong. Which, not gonna lie, they might - but I can’t blame them for being a popular location, while also being chronically understaffed. In general - they’re one of my favorite places in town for quick, cheap eats.Only removing one star for the issues described above - most of which I can’t really blame them for. I hope Sonic raise their wages or something, just to try and get the worker shortage here - and, to a far lesser extent, many other locations - back under control. Sadly, most chains around here aren’t offering wages that are anything close to what one could call livable (or simply sustainable) for this area.
