Consistently out of product and rarely can you actually order at the kiosks. Almost always gotta go to the drive thru. I understand the drive thru only. Lack of staff. Why is everythig always out? Bad management. Don't get angry at the workers. The management is sub par not the employees. Everything they're out of can be found at the next closest sonic. Give me a break.... I'm sure they'll say " thanks for letting us know" and we all know nothings gonna change.

Food is consistent, drinks are cold in a hot summer day. Service is sooooooooooooo slow. This is not fast food. Mobile order before you ever get there is the only way to go!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I stopped by on my lunch to get a bite. To start off the person taking the order was rude tho her tone changed when she needed to ask me to repeat myself 5 times because she couldn’t hear me I wanted to upgrade my drink size but before I could say anything she asked is that all very rudely. I just said yes. When the food came out the person delivering which I feel may have been the same person taking the order was also rude asking me for payment again when I thought I had paid. than saying it didn’t go thru very annoyed. So I gave her my card when bringing it back she already had the receipt halfway crumpled before asking if I wanted it. I said yes I do and she shoved it in my hand. On my way back to work I went to grab a tater tot and what do you know it was cold like it had been sitting there for a while . Always hated the service I received from sonic have not been there for 2 years and why I decided to go back I’m not sure. But definitely will not go back. I tried calling the number listed on the receipt to ask for a refund and would return the cold food but no one answer I did not have time nor the patience to go back and deal with them. After getting to work and attempting to look for my straw to at least enjoy my drink .. realized there was no straw . It all went straight to the trash. What of waste of time and money.
Took roughly 15 minutes to get ahold of someone to order. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Only two or three employees - total we spent about 1 hour waiting. Couldn't order milkshakes through them - had to use the app...overall not the best experience I've had at Sonic. Super unfortunate because I used to come here often.
If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I know this location has been going downhill anyway but it had been a while since I had any issues with them so figured I'd give them another shot, boy was I being way too generous. Got there about 30 minutes before closing, there was one car getting their stuff from the drive through (saw the employee handing the drinks out through the window), I went around and parked by the door at one of the stalls. I hit the red button to order and waited well over 10 minutes. Absolutely no response from the employees (I saw at least 3). I've worked at a Sonic before and know damn well that when someone presses the red buttons at the stalls, it sounds an alarm type noise inside to alert the employees someone is trying to order. So it makes me wonder if they had the volume turned way down so they didn't have to do their job. The employee looked dumbfounded that someone was there in the parking lot when I decided I had enough and left. I will never be going back. I will give my business to places that actually want the money.
I don't understand why the drive thru speaker is so loud. It is like someone standing there yelling in your face. Everything. I swear it was even louder today I couldn't even understand what the guy was saying. Then the staff is really rude...The two stars are for the food. At least that was good
It's been a couple weeks. My family went in to get the advertised batter shakes. Three drive through had a sign that said no soft drinks because they were out of carbonation. Then they couldn't do the shakes because ice cream machine was being cleaned. AT TWO O'CLOCK SATURDAY AFTERNOON??? When we asked why they had no drinks and no ice cream at that time the girl was very rude replying "I don't know what to tell you.". No sorry, no here's a coupon for coming in. Apparently politeness and customer service aren't on the hand book.
I can honestly say get rid of the manager. I used to love Sonic but no more ordered a egg sandwich had no bacon bread not toasted was served with Texas toast now it was just plain bread. Ordered small milk shake and brought a big one no more Sonic for us Glad we’re getting an in and out burger
Ok I've had this very same experience at a few different sonic restaurants, I feel that the time of day is definitely a factor in this situation. Also going through the drive thru and not parking makes the situation seem to last foooor everrr!!!!! Ok it was about 8 pm we pull in find a place and park, hit the red button and wait. Then finally a young man comes on over the speaker and said that the parking lot is closed but we can go through the drive thru. But in the most board and rude voice and tone. But I shrugged it off and pull up in the drive thru. Now it's already been a good 10 minutes waiting to be told to go there in the first place. I have a 10yr old with me. He's starving because of an after school thing and it ran late. So anyway we order quickly and the order is super easy. Of course on the other end of the order box is the rude and impatient voice. But we make it through just to pull around and see a few more cars waiting. So long boring story short we waited in line for about 45 minutes all together.and the food was cold and old and horrible. But we weren't about to go and wait in the drive thru anymore. So we decided only for during the day. When say, a manager or 2 works lol
The person taking my order cut me off. Then the board didn't show what my total was, I asked what to do and she told me to just stick my card in or wait. I wasn't going to stick my card into anything without knowing the total. Waited 30 mins for a shake and slushy. After 35 mins I left. Will NEVER go back to this location.
