I used the app to pre order food. I checked into the stall, and checked in on the app. 20 min no food. I pressed the red button. After a moment they ask what I want to order. I tell them I am waiting for my app order. They find it. 15 min later I received my food, which was 35 min after arriving or 40 minutes after ordering. My first bite of cheeseburger was full of lettuce cores. Thanks alot.

I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Watched them deliver orders to 3 cars behind me then was given the wrong food. Went in to correct the order and was given dirty looks by atleast 2 employees.Had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct sandwiches, only one was right. Manager was less then caring. She gave 2 coupons for free cones! I'd like my 40 minutes back that I waited start to finish before I could eat my food. I won't be back to use those coupons. Service was the worst!

Okay this is the first and last time that I will be ordering on Doordash or even going here. we made an order and waited about 45 minutes 15 over what they said it would be. the order finally was taken and it was missing half of it. the nice doordasher told us that's what he was given and delivered. It's not right to make an order and have half of it missing. I know you guys get busy but that's really no excuse.

They left out an item from my order, ran out of shake lids, ran out of long straws, the blast machine wasn’t working, and didn’t fill one of my large shakes up all the way, so I basically paid for a large but received a medium. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars, is because what did come out tasted fine. I won’t be coming back, however.

Not a good experience. Had to get food for my in-laws who were unable to get out. They wanted Sonic so ran down to get some food and they were having a car show which took up half the spots and then several of the other spots were down and not working. Due to high gas prices, didn't want to sit in the long drive-thru, so pulled into the only spot left ordered the food and of course the credit card machine was broken and then had to wait a long time for the food. Then couldn't get out of the spot due to traffic by the time I got the food to the family members it was so late. If you don't have lots of time don't go to this Sonic.

Such poor service. The lane we pulled into was broken. After waiting 10 min. due to being trapped in the lot, not a single car was served. We were able to leave because 3 other cars backed up in order to get out of the place. Probably the worst sonic I've ever been to.

SLOW!!!!! I get a 30 minute lunch break and Sonic is 2 minutes from work. I spent 15-20 minutes of it in the drive thru at this restaurant, 2 days in a row. I decided after the 1st day to give them a 2nd chance because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say..... I won't be back and I would highly recommend not coming here for lunch. It is literally less time to drive over to Taft for lunch and I will do that from now on.

Good was fine, the service was not the best. Girl running drive through was all like "OMG, what do you want!?!......OK, fine pull around....geez!". This location still better than the northern one though.

Stopped here to grab dinner before heading to work, they weren't too busy that I could see so I just pulled into a spot. Took some time deciding what I wanted then pressed the button to order. Person came on the speaker & I asked for a #1 with Mayo & no cheese, with no salt on the fries & a sweet tea easy ice. I'm not sure if they couldn't hear me well inside or if they need to update their speakers or what but I had to repeat myself 2 more times. One of the times she thought I said cheese & no Mayo. The second time she thought I said only cheese & Mayo. I THOUGHT she finally got it but when it came out it was a plane burger with MAYBE a splate of Mayo on it. So I sent it back. I forgot to mention that I waited about 10 to 15 min for it to come out the first time. After I sent it back to be corrected I commenced to wait for the second time. I waited..and waited..and waited. Another 15+ minutes went by & still nothing, so I pressed the button again. Come to find out the car hop who took the burger back inside didn't even mention that it was wrong & needed to be fixed to anyone! So needless to say I was a tad irritated at this point as I had already been sitting there for almost an hr waiting on my food. Not even eating my food...just waiting. Now I am not a complainer & I give grace to the food service industry a lot as they deal with a lot of ungrateful self ritiouse jerks on a daily basis. I also know we are all human & make mistakes. HOWEVER, I have been in customer service for 25 years & I DO believe in that 100%. I do not feel I received the best customer service at all. Yes my food was corrected but it was definitely NOT in a timely manner. I used to LOVE this specific Sonic and have picked this one to come to for at least the last 17 years..if not more but in the past few years it has gone waayy down in customer service & consistency & even sometimes quality. I will have to think real hard about if I want to return to this location in the future.

I love Sonic, but 35 minutes in the drive through with the stalls closed isn’t cool. Hope they’re able to get this location fully staffed soon.
