Ordered online as I was in a time crunch, get there and they don't show my online order. Wait for them to make everything, shakes are filled about 2/3, onion rings weren't good at all, the classic smash burger was nothing special, can get better at burger king or McD's.Update: changed from 2 stars to 1 star, wife's burger patty was so overcooked she couldn't eat it.
Very few places we can eat in Loveland. Can do the salad here. Our cashier today was great but unfortunately this trip the salad was brought & as started eating it, the lettuce was slimy & black. Tried picking it out but quickly became most of the bowl. Husband took it up to have a bunless burger made instead. They tried to argue they would make a new salad. Husband declined stating that if the lettuce was all bad just make a burger please. The cook finally apologized & said he hates the lettuce they use as it's a problem. Tried to keep the desire to keep our service here for future visits but tables, floors & restrooms also filthy. In the time we've lived here can definitely tell the difference between management. Time to step it up.
We ordered for delivery online at 11:20 for 12:45 delivery right down the street. Started calling at 1pm to see what was going on. Online order was changed to pick up. No answer for 30 minutes. When I got there, there were 2 tables and 2 parties waiting. She asked if I was picking up and I told her it was supposed to be delivery. The burgers were in the bag and the milkshake melted. She apologized and said they were short staffed. I asked her to remake the milkshake and take the delivery charge off. She said they don't charge for delivery.. I didn't want to waste the burgers so we ended up heating them up. I told her no one answered the phone and she picked up the headset and hit the green button so I guess now calls will get through. Extremely unprofessional and very dissappointing and frustrating. We are shortstaffed as well..... Two specialty burgers and milkshake is not cheap. No communication. Won't be back any time soon
This was my first time visiting Smashburger and I had a really good experience. I got the black bean burger and also tried their main beef burger. Both were really yummy and cooked well, their sweet potato fries with the seasoning are excellent. Overall the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and patient with me as it was my fist time there and stumbled through ordering a bit. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.
Majorly disappointed after tonight's order. While our orders are not always perfect, tonight takes the cake. After a $80+ order & paying $2.30 extra for a Gluten Free bun, we opened our bag to a note written on the back of a receipt saying "We sadly ran out of GF buns! I hope a lettuce wrap is OK"... No text. No call. No email. No offer of refund or to cancel the order. Smashburger's idea of a "lettuce wrap" is a pathetic joke & NOT "OK". It will be a long time before this Celiac ever goes back.
tried to call and figure out how to be refunded for my shake they could not make, was given a soda or something. I understand shake machines break but to give someone a soda in exchange for a 5.99 shake is unacceptable. Called to ask question about said refund and was met with I don't like you attitude and hung up on. That is fine I can eat elsewhere. I want my refund ASAP
Went to pick up an office order, I was told their shake machine was down and they’d give a refund and a drink to make up for it. I told the gentleman great that works! When my boss later called to ask for one, he was hung up on and the employee blamed me for not taking the refund in-store, though I did not have the card used to pay. This all could’ve been avoided if your employee simply refunded the shake when we requested it and we could all go on with our day, but he made it much more difficult than it should’ve been.
Food was great. We have been here multiple times and are always happy. Today at 3:30 there was an awesome young woman there. She had amazing customer service skills. I wish there were more employees out there like her. Does anyone else think food tastes way better with great service?
A few days ago I went out of my way to come get lunch here. When I walked in there was no line, and only a few people eating in booths. Without saying anything else the girl at the front counter said “just so you know it’s going to be about a 45 minute wait”, and then walked away.Ok ? got lunch somewhere else.
Fantastic burger and staff.. smash fries left something to be desired.. but the burger could not be beat
