Absolutely wonderful first impression. We chose this new to us restaurant for my wife's birthday with family. 5 different meals, every one fantastic. 3 of 5 needed take home boxes as the meals were so large! Ha!The wait staff (specifically Dane) is SUPER knowledgeable about the region of Italy, its food and wine.We WILL be back when in Northern Colorado!

Told myself I wouldnt review this place while mad. Ended up forgetting about the experience altogether until I came across this place while looking for places to eat tonight. Made my blood boil all over again. After some deep breaths I feel I can write this out..Literally the worst to-go order experience I've ever had. Showed up at roughly 610 for a 615 pickup. Had to wait for them to address the person in front of me for 15 minutes. They then ignored me for another 10 minutes before I finally stopped a waitress to ask about my order. She came back 10 minutes later to tell me they were running behind on to-go orders, that it would be another 10-15 minutes. 20-25 minutes later I was best friends with 3 food delivery service drivers when I finally asked to speak to the manager. I kid you not, when she showed up 10 minutes later, she told me it would be another 15 minutes, that they were just really backed up. It was now after 7. I started to watch people who came in to sit down and eat pay their bills and leave. The poor food delivery drivers were really becoming depressed as the longer they waited, the more they knew their tips were dwindling. 20 minutes later I had to stop another waitress to ask for the manager again. She did not come back out, before I was finally handed my food 15 minutes later. I left just before 8 for an order that was scheduled for 615 and for what very sadly ended up being not much of a portion of each order.I've had better Italian food at Olive Garden. Will literally never go back.

We went there for the first time lastnight. The atmosphere and service was ok. I enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo. My boyfriend got the Chicken Scallopina for $23.95. The price was very high for the quality of food. For that price you should get bread and a salad. They were out of bread. We each ordered a glass of wine, they were $11 each, nothing special at all. Total was $80 including tip, seemed so high for the experience and food. We just feel like the experience would have been better if bread and salad included.

Just moved to Loveland and this restaurant is just down the street; a little hole in the wall with cozy lighting. Immediately, our waitress was kind and helpful and brought out hot bread and oil dip. I had a spot of trouble picking a dish; they seemed to have a number of really interesting ones. The one that caught my eye was the Pear Ravioli. I can't begin to tell you how much this one surprised me. The ricotta was rich, the ham a compliment to the sweetness of the pear puree, and the honey a startling but winsome surprise. I thought the honey helped cut through the richness of the dish in a good way. Although if you're not a fan of sweeter, savory dishes, this is not for you. My husband ordered the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli. The number of restaurants we've been to that don't serve freshly made pasta is pretty abysmal. You can tell this is a family that takes pride in their origins just by making their pasta from scratch. Overall, so happy we found this gem.

Amazing!!!! Wonderful food! I’ve lived in Loveland my whole life and as SO happy this restaurant came to the downtown Loveland area! The mushroom soup is amazing!!!! Also the pear ravioli (which sounded a little odd to me, but was suggested to me as one of the best things to try by my waitress) was SO delicious!!!!!! I am getting that again next time! I want to come back and try everything on the menu! Also nice friendly staff! I will be back!!! A must restaurant for anyone to try!!!!

I was very excited about a new restaurant in Loveland, so I accompanied some friends to try out this new place. I am sorry to say, I will still need to drive to Fort Collins if I have a chance at good Italian food. The wait staff was very good, so no problem there. However, the dish I had was horrible. A bit lump of noodles, very dry, will a dash of Bolognese sauce. Wow, it was really bad. My wife says she would give 3 stars on her experience, but she will need to do her own review. Lastly, it's insane to pay $11 for a rather small glass of very average wine. I predict that this place won't last, unless Lovelanders expectations are so low that this is considered good Italian fare.

Nice atmosphere, ordered the chicken parm and the gnocchi pesto. The noodles were over cooked but the flavor and chicken was good. The pesto gnocchi was just that nothing else, glad I added chicken to it, but it was good. We had a good enough experience that we'll go back

We ordered the lasagna an chicken Alfredo with a house salad. The salad was slimy an tastes of mold an sourness. Lasagna was the consistency of baby food with some sort of mystery meat and tastes only of cook tomatoes no seasoning. The Alfredo was essentially milky pepper water with noodles an extremely dry chicken that scraped your through as swallowing. The bad customer service mixed with wobbly tales, cheap plastic wear set out on the table an horribly uncomfortable ikea chairs.. just makes for a not so enjoyable atmosphere. This place to say the least was extremely disappointing, and we will not return.

There were four of us and our service was excellent with Jill. I had Alfredo w/ chicken n broccoli. My husband had pear raviolis. The other 2 had spaghetti n meatballs, carbonara. The food was excellent. My meal was to much but the other 3 finished their plates. The meals are reasonably priced.I highly recommend this place.

After reading these reviews, I had really high hopes for this restaurant.Food was okay, at best... The waitress recommended the pear ravioli which was small and overwhelmingly sweet. Not at all filling like a good Italian meal should be!The caesar salads were a little disappointing too. It looked like they used those bagged salad mixes that you can buy at the grocery store. Nothing special there.Overall, food was average at best. I probably wouldn't go back if I'm in the area.Service was good, however. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. One last comment... I agree with a fellow reviewer on the wine glasses. Please get higher quality glassware. The wine glasses are clunky and cheap.
