Extreme rip off!My boss ordered us lunch ,4 people,at noon . Order came at 1:30 and the charge was 80.00!!!!. A 30.00 delivery fee???The food was cold ,buns were hard.My boss calls and all they would do is offer a 45 dollar GIft card-- like we would EVER go there again.The whole bill should have been comped.

We ordered catering for our company's safety week. The process was beyond easy. I simply called to verify there was enough time to prep for 170 burger boxes, placed the order online with a week's notice. They showed up right on time and were super friendly and helpful setting up in our lumber yard. The food taste and presentation was 10/10. I would highly recommend this for any catering event. Thank you Marcus and the Loveland Red Robin team!
Awesome burgers, I go for the royal burger everytime. Fries and drinks were awesome too. Super helpful staff, we got refills pretty quick, and everyone was super friendly without being in your face.
It was rough, our service was great. The bartender is phenomenal actually. We tipped the guy 20 bucks for food that we probably shouldn't have paid for (mostly cause we didn't eat it). I want to stress that the food was certainly microwaved. Our burger paddies were cold, the bun was stale (kinda like the bread you feed geese) and the food came out in 5 minutes which just further pointed to the idea that the food was premade. I stressed to the bartender that I don't want anything done about the food, because I don't want to eat this kinda product.... The egg was cold... How do you get food out in five minutes and have a cold egg served to anybody. The fries were great, but the pretzels were also microwaved... The fresh cheese had a lair of film over the cup suggesting it sat under a heat lamp. Kinda just gross for health reasons. I find it disgusting that they raised their prices and find it horribly appropriate to stay in business. But again, the people serving and working are Great, aside from what I presume would be the cook. Plus our bartender attempted to accommodate us further, which was polite and necessary.
The first time we went there- it was fabulous. The manager came out to talk to us regarding my son's Celiac disease and made us feel at ease. The food also was very good. Just went back. I split a meal with my mother and she ordered the side salad...instead of a side salad they charged us for a dinner salad (even though they brought her the side size). At the end of the meal I brought this up and they told her that because that was her meal they had to charge her for the dinner side salad ($6.99 instead of $1.99) and told her after we finished eating and had paid that she could have gotten more salad if she wanted. Also, my croissant was rock hard and stale. I sent it back and they brought me a slightly softer croissant but still pretty hard. They admitted that was the softest they could find and that all of them were pretty hard. They seemed pretty understaffed and I had a hard time getting someone's attention to help us. We spent close to $100 for 2 adults and 3 kids and I was very underwhelmed and left feeling more stressed than when I came in. Next time I think I'll just cook at home
The Red Robin at Centerra CO is our favorite restaurant. The service is OUTSTANDING and the food is GREAT. My husband and I have frequented this Red Robin for years and it never disappoints. The wait staff is wonderful.
I still think $16 hamburgers are too pricey, but it was delicious. We shared onion rings and zucchini fries - they were really good too! Ordered take out, waited 21 minutes.
Extremely gross experience. The girl handling the food and putting it on trays for the food to go out was completely nasty. She had no gloves on and was handling all the food. She would run her hand through her hair, used a nasty rag to wipe down the counters and then handle the food with never washing her hands. Highly recommend not eating ever here for hygiene.
Did our family dinner with the endless fries, delicious burgers, fish and chip plus salads made to order. The big milkshakes were to die for!! Kim did an outstanding job as our server taking all our orders. The endless fries kept on coming and our drinks kept getting refilled. All this made for a wonderful and joyful dinner. Thank the staff of Red Robin for coming to work and giving us a wonderful and joyful evening. I hope many more people come to support this restaurant and the dedicated staff for a memorable evening, Monday February 28th, 2022.
The burgers are great and like the variety! Love the Whiskey River BBQ Burger. My wife likes the bottomless Rootbeer Float. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our seating preferences.
