I've been ordering from this Qdoba for about 8 years. Lately it's been hit or miss if they have enough people to cover the morning shift. Several times I show up and they are either closed because they can't staff the restaurant, or they require online ordering only. Not a huge deal, but its a pain to have to order from the app, wait 10 minutes and go through the side door like some kind of drug deal. The staffing issue alone is a big indicator of poor management.I recently ate there twice (the last time on Memorial Day) and got the small breakfast burritos for my family. These were the most pathetic portions I've ever seen, even for the smalls. Plus they got the order wrong. If they are using these portions for other menu items they are probably hemorrhaging customers and I would not be surprised if this branch closes soon. I doubt I'll be going back.
The food is good, but ordering online is hit or miss. Twice now I’ve had issues with an online order being wrong. While the staff has been willing to fix/remake an order it’s unfortunate that it’s not done right the first time.Staff is quite young and needs some retraining in basic fast casual etiquette such as greeting guests and basic sanitary considerations. Today I watched an employee scratch their neck with gloves on.
Not bad location. The food was fresh and very good. However, there are some things that need to be worked on like working on their customer service because being more friendly and courteous goes a long way. Also, the dining area needs to be kept up on a bit more
Had fajita quesadilla. Meat was not chewable. Not cooked enough, it run all over the place. So gross.The chips were like leather. Far from crisp. The queso was awesome. But no good without chips. Ate there today at 2:00.Never again!
The new Chorizo is awful! It smells nasty and tastes even worse! Please go back to the old kind so I can continue eating here!!
I got a bowl for pickup and it was not full at all. not even halfway full. I didn't get rice(they usually fill the whole bowl with rice) but there was a tiny scoop of what i asked for. this was a 10$ bowl for pretty much no food.
Really good food, vegetarian option with impossible plant based protein. Similar to a Chipotle but I think the quality is much better.
Came in for a pick up last night and order was incorrect and it smelled horrible the store and floors were super dirty, never ever coming back again it was disgusting.
Staff was very helpful because I had never been to one of these Establishments before.
