Still waiting for my refund… poor management!Manager won’t refund when he said he would. Contacting corporate office since management can’t do their job.It’s best to order chipotle, much better food and healthier than Qdoba! Much better service!

Place was filthy dirty. Could not find a single table clean. Floor had food and trash on it. Trash cans were overflowing. I understand it’s hard to get people to work these days, but they really need to work on keeping the place clean. We love Qdoba but will not return to this location again.
I visited this location for the first time today and it will be my last.To the young man who continued to chew something while finishing my bowl, you are less than professional.You are the same guy who decided on your own to CRUSH my salad bowl to fit a regular lid on it. If I wanted a crushed salad bowl, I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR YOU TO CRUSH IT. If your lid isn't going to fit, then let me know and I will make the decision on how to take the bowl.You think I'm silly or being stupid, it's only a taco shell, lady ..... well I'm a customer, expecting to purchase what I want - not YOU!!I'LL TAKE MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Really good place to eat usually! Usually very quick, fresh, and friendly. Unfortunately today the staff decided to comment rudely about my order. I order of light rice and beans (steak) burrito. They made comments saying that was hardly a burrito and laughed with other employees. Confronted them at checkout but they had nothing to say besides my total. Very displeased with the staff.
Dont believe their signs or internet listing for store hours. The lazy employees/managers that were working at this store today 5/1/2022, like to shut down way early before the actual closing time!! I walked in at 10:40-P.M. (20 minutes before closing) and even though all the food was still open, sitting inside the burrito bar, uncovered and clearly available to order/eat, they refused to serve me a quesadila because according to them, "they were closed". I asked them if they were still open till 11P.M. and they said "yes"...... I said "well it's not even close to 11-PM yet". Their response? He looks over at the manager (black shirt) who was sitting in a booth just hanging out and he didn't say a word or show a care in the world that they were refusing service 20 minutes vefore close. The kid turned to me and says, "Uh..well.. uh.. I dont know what to tell you man...."What is wrong with work ethic these days?But.... that's not all... from there I drove all the acrossed Loveland, all the way to the Johnstown QDOBA by Centera, and guess what!?!? With 5 minutes to spare before closing time, they served me a fresh chicken quesadila and never said a word about the time! That's how it should be! I made sure to give them an extra big tip, simply because they were willing to serve me food at 10:55-PM after the North Loveland QDOBA location refused to serve me at 10:40-PM!!!North Loveland QDOBA, get your act together or change your store hours to match the terrible work ethic of your lazy employees.... Thank you.
My go-to chain burrito place. I’ve literally never had something I did not like from here. This location specifically has really nice employees and they are super fast if you order online. I’m a vegetarian and the impossible meat is great!
I go to this location frequently. They are usually on point in all areas. I work over nights and sometimes go in for breakfast before bed. Saturday my son and I went in at 6:55am and they open at 6:30am. The door was locked. The employees inside each looked at us, talked to each other and pointed at us but not a single one of them came to the door. We waited several minutes longer and they just moved out of sight or turned their backs to us. Very upsetting.
I order from this Qdoba at least 2 times a month for lunch and never had a problem. I ordered dinner tonight for 4 people and was very disappointed. I asked for 2 salads one with a crispy shell and one without. 1 nachos and 1 cheese crusted quesadilla. Neither salad had the crispy shell and were not even half full in the bowl way more beans then meat (see pictures) no sour cream or guacamole for the “cheese crusted” quesadilla and the cheese crust was a joke. Please be better.
i love qdoba but this one is the worst qdoba ive ever been to, so disappointed in how bad they are making food seems like they need another manager from another store to come show this store how to do it properly definitely something so easy. this one is a waste of time and money, i would suggest going to another qdoba and skipping this one
Substituting a little white rice in place of the romaine lettuce on the protein bowl is too difficult, it’s easier to change the order to single chicken double meat, double veggies and add avocado! Got it!
