I rate this 4 stars because I just feel like I need to leave room in case I ever happen to come across something better... I just want a five star review to mean something. But I love Qdoba and my experience here was great. Guy messed up my order because I mumbled “Green Salsa”. He heard cream salsa and put on their smoky, creamy, mild sauce. Let me just say... that stuff is pretty good, and this guy who served me was awesome the whole way through. Dude was energetic, real nice guy... I feel bad for him... I hope that didn’t ruin his day. I used to work at Qdoba and messing up an order would always ruin me for at least a few minutes... if not the whole day. Anyway he also gave me a free drink... or tried to anyway... but I had already paid for a drink... eh... no matter. It’s the thought that counts... he had great customer service and I just kinda made it tough for him today.But I would definitely recommend this particular Qdoba (and also any Qdoba) especially when this guy is on shift.You will start feeling the awesomeness once you start ordering. Looks like he loves his job.Not recommended for people who are:KarensEasily offendedJerksOr idiots.So for the guy that messed up my order... your personality excuses it. You know who you are. You should get a raise.
Had such a wonderful experience with one of the employees. Super friendly and welcoming to me and my daughter at lunch hour! Wish I had caught their name.
Inflation must be hitting them harder then everyone else. 10 dollars for a burrito the size you get from Taco Bell. In all fairness, it still tastes pretty good though.
Hayley, Demetrius, Mckenze and Cameron are all amazing. They had a customer who was irritable over there food, he was trying to order while talking on the phone. They kept there professional attitude and made it right without a stress and continued to help the rest of us in line. Perfect customer service!
This qudoba always seems busy and it is for good reason! The ladies here work hard and it shows, I was 4th in line and my wait time was not very long, even with people ordering multiple items ahead of me.The cooks do a good job as well, my veggies were cooked nice and all the sauces and meats were full. Props to Raven the manager who made sure all was good at this location.Im looking foreward to coming back again.
I feel sorry for her. No matter what she did... he needed to make this conversation private.Not cool for manager to be arguing with an employee outside. He should not be getting onto employees out front of the restaurant.Maybe HE needs the reprimand.
HUGE thank you to Alexis who works there!! It’s not very common that you see people in the food industry have a great attitude and fantastic customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my partner to make sure that even just a quick stop for dinner was a great experience. I’m not sure of her position but I certainly hope she is the one training those other employees! Thank you again Alexis! I will be coming back to y’all just in hopes I will receive your customer service again!
I end up coming in every weekend as part of my morning routine. Staff is always attentive and friendly, even when they are in the weeds. I frequent this location purely because of the service, as it is top notch.
I've always like Qudoba better then Chipotle but each of them although vary similar the taste is different. I can't really say at the moment what's better by menus. But staff always make the experience and so Chipotle will win for now. Qudoba staff just seems so unhappy and almost like I was a bother. I only ordered a burrito bowl. But I'm sure there's more important things with the food then served it to people? That's why the 3 stars#changemymind
