Every time i try and contact someone on the app or on the website about my poor experience it conveniently signs me out and says it was due to inactivity.So last night i tried to order 6 pies and two orders of breadsticks on the app. The total was 83.00 after a hut reward and the driver fee and tip. The store called me to say they didnt have enough stuffed crust to make my order of 2 of the pizzas. The person then proceeded to complain about my large order and how difficult it would be to fill it. Then told me that if i dont preorder the very large order that they wouldn't accept it in the future. So naturally i told him to cancel the order and that i would take my buisness elsewhere. Which is exactly what i did. I was angry and at the same time confused that 6 pizzas is a very large order and the fact they called me to complain about me spending my money at their establishment. I guess i wont be making that mistake again.
The driver was nice. But when we got the food the crust and cheese sticks were super hard (over cooked) so we had to use a fork and eat only the top layer. Ate only so much then the rest got thrown away!
According to the manager it’s standard practice to talk about abusing women until their mascara runs….while women are at the counter waiting. Wish I could find where to file a formal complaint.
This pizza Hutt is the perfect example of why this company is selling off its assets and franchises are shutting down. Wasn't awful but the quality isn't equal to the price. Id say a Red Baron pizza or even a Walmart pizza has better ingredients and is of higher quality for the purchase price.
We ordered the stuffed crust pizza with ground beef. The beef was very overcooked, to the point of being black and crispy. This pizza was so oily that the oil dripped off with every bite. It had a very strange taste. Even the stuffed crust was missing half its cheese, with portions of the crust being empty. It's been several years since I have had Pizza Hut pizza. I always felt they made the best pizza. This one was awful. We will never order from them again.
The service was great... Ordered online and when I picked it up, clerk was very efficient.. I liked the board stating the status of my order
Nothing. Received order on time, delivery person was friendly and courteous. Everything was very tasty and I NEVER give any company a strongly agree or a 10, just something I do. I was very satisfied with my purchase.
The order was ready when I got there and delivered to my car. The only problem was smelling that delicious stuffed crust pizza all the way home!
The Sierra Mist I ordered was not included in the delivery. The store did contact me and offered a $5 credit, which means that I got a $1.49 credit because I was still charged for the 2 liter bottle. Frankly the credit should have been $8.49 to cover the cost of the drink plus $5
I like the versatility of toppings (e.g. a family member has stomach issues with red sauce, so having white sauce is a great option.). The completion and delivery of the order was also incredibly quick and the delivery drivers have always been courteous and helpful. Thanks!
