Just picked up my order that I had to wait 15 extra minutes for my food to be cooked on top of waiting 10 minutes to be helped by the young lady who waited on others because she didn’t want to look for my to go order. I luckily checked my order before leaving because it was wrong. I totally understand mistakes BUT what stuck in my head was the lady proceeded to tell me “well that’s what you ordered” with a glazed over look refusing to do anything. I had to explain I even clarified when I ordered the item and pulled up the menu. I know she’s the same voice who took the order. Then My husband’s food is getting cold and sitting as I’m waiting. No sympathy or discount to make anything right. People are the face of your business so be careful who you choose
Our food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. However, they overcharged us so we brought it to our waitresses attention and she adjusted the total without argument.
Service was great! Food was tasty. The constant vacuuming and cleaning around us was very distracting. Wish they had waited for us to finish eating before doing all of their housekeeping.
Jessie was fabulous. Full of energy and joy. Made us both smile . Even laughed at my husbands bad puns. We really enjoyed our visit.
well, Went to Perkins in Loveland today to treat myself to breakfast. I do have specific taste for my breakfast, egg over medium, Toast( I like it toasted really dark) bacon( very crisp). I don't think that sounds to hard and it usually isn't. Today I guess the cook wasn't feeling it. My toast came out basically warm bread. It would not even stay stiff but just wilt. The waitress was great, took it back and told him to re do it. I believe he thought he was being a smart a$$ and sent it out burnt with a quarter inch ( not even kidding) of butter on each piece. Well joke on him because after scraping the butter off the toast was perfect. Moral of this story...just do your job if you are a cook and leave you feelings at homeI scraped a good 1/3 cup of butter off the toast. Idiot
Service was SLOW, 2 of 4 coffee cups they brought to table were very dirty. Food was ok, but I prefer other Perkins locations.
Came in last night for dinner! Really busy. Only 2 servers. I felt so bad for them because people often didn't have very nice things to say to them or weren’t being patient. They were doing the absolute 100% and we’re being as fast as they could and some people were just honestly not having patience. They were doing great. Service was very kind and fast from our young server regardless of what was going on and how busy she was. And the lady who brought our food out was very kind as well. The food came out fast. And the two ladies were very hard workers. They not only served great but bussed, cashed out people and were doing other things on top of that. They did all of these things under so much stress but still remained super kind. Thank you to the young server we had she was super fast and kind and still took her time to make sure everything was good with us and had patients with us regardless of everything going on around. The team work here was amazing last night and I am very amazed with these two workers. I had wish I caught their names. Food was great and came out hot as well. Coffee mug was warm which I really liked showed attention to detail and service was amazing even with how busy they were.
The stroganoff was delicious! And it was free pie Monday so we got our slices before our meal…living life on the wild side! Brenda was very friendly and made us laugh. We’ll definitely be back!
Not the best meal ...came from the kitchen barely warm.over medium eggs were more like sunny side up over easy. Ask the server if the meal could be heated up.took a long time to get it back. And was obvious they just nuked it ..was the othere extreme to hot .couldn't eat it and it tasted like it had been over microwaved.. unimpressed ...However the service was good and the hostess deducted some off the bill ...
I had the Hearty Man meal, was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely go there again.
