Best Italian in loveland and great customer service. Paulie is super friendly. definitely can't wait to try everything on the menu.

The best chicken Parm and fried ravioli that I've ever had. Paulie is an unbelievably nice guy. Even gave my son a piece of candy to make him feel special. I'll be back to try some other things on the menu!
Delicious authentic no-nonsense Italian comfort food made from scratch by a friendly passionate Italian man. His cheesy Alfredo sauce is the best! I'm a semi-regular and have loved everything I've tried (haven't tried the pizza yet since I prefer the pasta, primarily the tortellini). You can't go wrong with Paulie's! 10/10
It’s so hard to find food that brings me back home since moving out west 8 years ago but Paulie’s is exactly what I was looking for. Being from the east coast, it was like finding a lost treasure. If you’re from the east coast and missing that authentic taste, warmth and Italian hospitality, it will cure any homesickness. Pizza was fantastic, lasagna was so satisfying and couldn’t get enough pasta. Paulie himself is everything I love and miss in people back home. A genuine ace. Can’t wait to go back and get some more.
We have been craving this ? kind of Italian take out. Do yourself a favor and get some. We loved the old world flavors deluxe thick sauce, thick noodles, and hearty meatballs, yummy!! Very well packaged, our kind of takeout, and will be back.

This place is great. Paulie is awesome. He says he'll take care of you and boy does he ever. I've tried two things so far. The pizza and the gnocchi. Both were excellent. My mom loved the lasagna and my grandma said the eggplant was the best she ever had. I plan on going back many times to try different things. Thanks Paulie
Eat from Paulie's. This is the best home made Italian food in Colorado, and nearby. He makes it from scratch with expertise and warm heartedness. Flavor, seasonings, consistency, the very best ingredients, all cooked to perfection. Give Paulie's a try and you will return again and again. Real home made pasta! Can't be beat anywhere. Every other review is absolutely correct. Paulie will give you the best service in town. It's definitely worth your time. The food is great, the decor is fantastic, and they also have buckets of pasta to go! Buckets! This guy makes the best meat-a-balls, oh dio mio!
