This place has such poor customer service they should go out of business! They gave me a pizza with so little crust that it burned up in 4 minutes (I ordered original crust). The cheese was floating on nothing! Inedible! When I took it back to them the employees offered the lamest excuse that "Papa Murphys doesn't do the crust". They didn't even offer my money back!

Ordered a custom pizza that they completely messed up. Called to let them know and the kid working said he would add my name to a list for a free one on them next time.Next time comes (today)Apparently he never added my name so the girl working today said she would give 80% off. I said that's not ok since it's not my fault they messed up last time and not my fault he didn't add me to the list. She said ok and gave 100% off.Fast forward to pickup, had 2 pizzas and a smores' dessert and didn't think twice about checking the piszas for error. Got home and the pizza was messed up AGAIN. Husband drove back to have it made right and she said "well I already gave this one for free, would it be bad if I just picked the onions off"Needless to say, we won't return to this location anymore. Horrible employees that need some serious training in customer service.

(Eagle drive location)Pizza is good except if you have a special request, such as "light sauce", you'll have to watch them. The last 4 times, the cashier didn't bother to tell the pizza maker.From the other complaints I've read, it seems like they just need to work on communication between the cashier and the pizza makers.

So the last 4 times I've ordered from this place they have messed the order up. Mind you its the same pizza ( Cowboy Pizza ) only splitting the ingredients upApparently fractions are to much to handle as they cannot seem to grasp the concept of splitting the ingredients between two sides of the pizza. Maybe, distinguishing between meat and veggies is too hard to comprehend how to possibly split up?Or possibly reading tickets is just to much to ask or maybe listening to the customers orders?Not sure who or what to blame but it's a simple problem with a simple solution.

The last two weekends I've tried to phone in an order I've been on hold between 10-15 minutes before giving up. Will not be getting my business again, would rather drive across town to the one on Eisenhower.

High priced for the few ingredients you get. Adding extra toppings helps but 18.00 for a medium size high.

I ordered at 4:30 to be ready at 5:30. Paid online. Got here at 6, still wasn’t made. Had to wait a while, still here waiting actually. Defeats purpose of online ordering. I would suggest you call and don’t pay online. This place use to be great.. where is the management on a busy Sunday? The 3 boys seemed completely overwhelmed and need help.

Called over 10 times was hung up on every single time unable to make an order absolute worst customer service at a pizzeria I have ever had.
