I went to this Papa John's Pizza location for the first time to pick up my online order. I apologized profusely to the gentlemen that worked there for being late on picking up my order. However, the gentlemen (David and Vincent) were so kind and considerate and said no apology was necessary. My interaction with them brightened my whole day and hopefully I made their day, too! Thanks! :D

Couldn't deliver. Can't satisfy a cash paying customer . Like I needed a reason never to order Papa John's again.
I payed money for items that I did not get. I do not like to be stolen from. There is nothing more unsatisfactory than trying to get food and you don't get want you want.
The best pizza in town, and within my family there's no debate about that. Most of the time we order and pick up with no issues, but not always. Seems to have gone slightly downhill since the departure of John Schnatter. There are some issues with ordering online that you wouldn't expect 25+ years into the Internet being a thing. Still, I'm glad there's one in Loveland.

We ordered a pizza from here and the delivery person went to the wrong street and we never got our delivery. They never answered the phone just put us on hold and hung up when we called. Very disappointed in this whole turn out.

Ordered 2 pizzas last night. The total was 38 for a large specialty and large pepperoni. The pepperoni was made correctly. Nicely cooked. The specialty was very soggy. The crust was still doughy. That pizza did not get eaten.
I haven’t had any trouble with this location, but this last time unfortunately was an exception. My order was given to the wrong customer, and so they had to remake it. Then, they made it with the wrong sauce! Next time, they need to check the name on the order beforehand.
