The manager is an absolute C U Next Tuesday. I went in to pick up a delivery. When I arrived one of the staff members that was preparing food told me it would be a 5-10 minute wait. I was understanding, I saw him working hard and I know it was the dinner rush. I waited for 15 minutes and then proceeded to ask the young gentleman how much longer it was going to be he said it should be only a few minutes that he would begin bagging it up. 10 more minutes passed, I was getting a bit impatient so I texted the customer and told the customer there order still hadn’t been started.The customer was located in Windsor Colorado which is about a 20 minute drive from Panera to there location.Another 5 minutes or so passed and I asked the young gent again if the order was ready he said no. So the manager interject and said he didn’t know how long it would be that they were short staffed…… I asked so can you give me an approximate time of when that will be ready. He rudely responded that they were short staffed and he had no idea when it would be ready.At this point I said to the manager, I don’t get paid by the hour but you do. He rudely said, you’re more than welcome to unassigned the order if you want.Instead of being empathetic and saying look we’re really backed up and short staffed from the beginning he simple shrugged it off as it was my problem. Mate, you could have said that from the beginning instead of waisting 30 minutes of my time. If you would have kindly said, look I’m not sure how long the order will be but it might be a while I would have unassigned the order immediately. As delivery drivers we are representatives of the customers who order the food that paid money to your establishment, you as the merchant should treat us as if we are the customer coming in to pick up their food so that they can continue coming back to your order establishment. Way too expensive for what you get. Strawberry poppyseed salad was recommended to me. I asked for no chicken but it was all over the place (poor quality/strange texture which was why I didn’t want it in the first place), the salad itself was way too sweet, the dressing tastes like sugar water. Kid likes her Mac and cheese.

Where to start? Chef's signature chicken sandwich nothing special. Even though the menu says it can be part of the two-for deal, all that means is they will give you small discount. With cup of soup, this means close to $15. Buzzer was dead so food sat on counter until I went up to check. No record of gift card loaded to account. Disappointing visit!

Waited 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. This made me very late for 2 deliveries. That wouldn't be bad, IF I wasn't penalized for late orders. I had to pay for this place to be late. What was worse was when I finally got an employees attention, the order was placed and in the system, to be made just not worked on. If the restaurant is slammed and can not keep up with dash orders, please turn off the system as drivers are often penalized for a delay they can't control

They badly need new management here. There are many issues here that continually happen. Ingredients missing from salads constantly, substituted ingredients ignored constantly, items ordered not in bag ie: chips, baguette or brownie. Today my pregnant fiancé who needs to be studying asks 3 times for help with a coffee and instead and bringing her one from the back (if that’s possible) they continually tell her they’re making the coffee and it’ll be out shortly. Well 30 minutes passed and she was still waiting so she just left. I’ve made coffee in large containers multiple times and it takes 10 min at most. I’ve traveled the country for the past 8 years for work and this is hands down the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever had to continually go to. I’ve never had this many problems anywhere else, ever. I enjoy Panera and it’s really a shame they can’t get this place to the standard level of excellence you usually experience at all other Panera’s. I will no longer be a patron of this specific location.

Waited for a full 2 hours for our $153 order to be ready. Although it said only 1 hour to make. After arriving I find out they haven’t even started my order after 30 minutes of just being told it’s not on the screen yet but will be soon. All I got was a brisk sorry from the manager after waiting in their lobby for 1full hour. Absolute worst service I have ever received. If I could I would give negative stars. Both of the managers where unfriendly and unhelpful. It seemed like the overwhelmed gal with the red hair was the only one who had any idea how to run a restaurant. So shout out to her. The rest of your team is horrible tho.

Went here Saturday with my wife and a neighbor. Food was good as always. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. My wife was in medical distress which came on very suddenly and without warning. The manager Josh came by, he called 911, and he stayed right with us until the paramedics arrived and we were safely outside in the ambulance. Wow. He was so incredibly compassionate. Just wow. He was incredible. Thank you so much.

Three times in a row now my to-go order has been wrong. First was a breakfast sandwich that was missing the sausage. Didn't catch it until I was miles away. Second was missing a whole sandwich out of 2 pick-two orders. Didn't catch it until I was back at my office. Now today they charged $1.75 for a little side of cream cheese, but they forgot it. Thankfully I checked the bag before I left. I told the person behind the counter that I was a little frustrated as this was the third time in a row. She turned and walked away. I thought about giving two stars, but when you say you're frustrated and someone just walks away, that says apathy has fully set in. Food is fine, but you've got to get your orders right and take care of your customers!

I love this place. Their bread is amazing.

Have not been to one in about 15 years, decided why not. Food was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful with all of my questions. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommend the BBQ chicken sandwich, best BBQ sandwich i have had ever.
