This was our first time dining here. The dumplings were amazing! I ordered orange chicken; it was exceptional and my husband tried to order spare ribs but they were out. He instead ordered ginger chicken with no onions. His order came out full of onions and there was so much water from the broccoli that he actually had ginger chicken soup. Our server gave us a free desert which was pretty yummy. Our server was a little too busy and not too attentive. I needed a refill on my beverage but wasn’t tasked until she asked if wanted one to go.Overall, the food was good, the service was good, but I don’t think we will go back, it was a little on the pricey side for just ok.
Good food and nice location but the rave really goes to our server Audrey.Audrey was attentive, polite and a joyous ray of sunshine. She answered all questions we had and provided great recommendations. She was happy and smiling the whole time and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother. She brought great energy to the experience. Will be sure to return.
We hadn’t been to P.F Changs for years until some friends invited us to go for our anniversary. I was so pleased with our experience. The service was wonderful and the food consistent with what we remembered. We had so many questions since we hadn’t been there for so long!? Our server Alex was very proud while sharing their wonderful menu recommending so many of the favorites being served there. Alex was kind, cordial and very patient with us. We actually had a few staff members come to our table to say hello or to bring out our food!I highly recommend this place for great food, ambience and great service. I give Alex a 10!
The food could've been from Panda Express, service was meh and the place was filthy! The walls were covered in dust, the light above the table was worse (also directly above my food), and the booth back had old food smeared on it. They serve their lettuce wraps with iceberg lettuce. What?!Had heard good things about this place. Highly disappointed!
I used to love their Mongolian Beef. But the price has changed so as the flavor and the portion. It's not worth paying for anymore. Even their This will be the last time I'm ordering it from them. Even their Orange chicken was meh.
We ordered sesame chicken, lo mein, and sushi. The lo mein was LITERALLY dried out noodles. Zero sauce. The chicken was cold and barely spun in any sauce. It was one of the worst meals we have ever had. Ever. We ended up getting something else. Don’t waste your money here
The food here is usually consistently good. This time, the lettuce leaves for the chicken wraps was very rusty and not appealing. That is the reason for the 4 rating instead of 5, but it still tasted good.
Phenomenal customer service, from the servers. Seating in main area feels crowded tables placed less than 6 feet from each other, although there are other options such as the bar or the patio. At 4:30 in the afternoon, there weren't many sitting in the dining area, but I imagine it would be uncomfortably crowded if every table was occupied. The floor was dirty; there had been a fork left under the table that they had me sit at. The physical menu is just a drink menu and to see the food options I had to scan a QR code, which meant the phone( that I was trying not to look at for a minute) had to be used.
1) The entree I crave for was out of stock2) Honey crispy chicken taste straight up like vinegar.3) Pad Thai rice noodle wasn't cook right. Hard, dry, and chewy4) I ask for pineapple fry rice with my entree but then i ended up getting regular fry riceBy the time it takes you guys to fix your mistakes its already time for the restaurant to closed so we had to togo our food. Not even able to sit down and enjoy an appetizer. I’m very disappointed. Take my wife and kid out once in a while but ended up waiting and dealing with yours guy mistake.I had a very bad experience so did my family. If i can rate zero on here I would have. Don't think your free food and apology will make me happy. Do it right the first time please.
The one star is for our server. She was great. The food was despicable - the crab wontons were soggy and had a weird flavor. The spring rolls had absolutely no flavor. We shared 3 entrees among the 4 of us - honey chicken tasted like pure vinegar, there was barely any beef in the beef&broccoli and the street noodles were so incredibly sour, it was barely edible.Despite the terrible food, we still had a good time thanks to our waitress.
