Came for lunch with my hubby and daughter. It was sub par at best.First, I felt a little mislead on the price if the margarita when the advertisement on the sign right when you walk-in said $5, yet I was charged $15 for it! It was also pretty stuffy in the dining area. Air conditioning with all those people in close proximity would be nice.The food was barely room temp, flavors lacking. Nothing special. The salsa was the best thing i ate. Food & atmosohere certainly wasn't worth the price. We won't be back. I left unimpressed & over charged.
Restaurant was not busy at 2:20 in the afternoon on Saturday however drinks arrived 20 minutes or longer after ordering as waitress was waiting on bartenders. Waitress was great and attentive and did what she could do as we waited for our food and drink.Tortilla chips and salsa were excellent but the food was of poor quality. We will not be going back.
Tex-Mex chain restaurant. I enjoyed the flavor of my lunch but the family found everything too spicy. Not too sure about the service and atmosphere was strangely not relaxing and had a spiritually dark feeling. Enjoyed the chips and salsa. Booths are small for four adults.
I had never been here before and went in solo because I had a hankering for a margarita. I sat at the bar. Gina was friendly and assisted me with my margarita and lunch order. My margarita was lovely. There were 2 women behind the bar. It didn’t take long to realize they are understaffed. Both bartenders were not only tending bar, they were also waitressing tables far from the bar, bar backing, and cleaning and putting away clean glassware, etc. I ordered the fish tacos for lunch. They were inedible. So fishy tasting and smelly. With such a limited menu, don’t put fish on there unless it is fabulous. I ordered the chicken tacos instead. They were fine. Lack luster but edible. I appreciated Gina for her understanding with my order. The bar staff was so busy I had to grab some napkins for myself and ask another gentleman there for some silverware. Gina was great, just obviously too busy to actually work the bar and seemed stretched too thin. Will not be going back.

The food is delicious, and the waitress was quite good. The experience was ruined for me by the manager, who came out to discuss the bill and was, in my opinion, rude and humiliating. To explain, we had ordered the fajitas for 2, which is $38. When we ran out of flour tortillas, I asked the waitress if we could have some more, and she promptly brought more. She said nothing about charging us for the extra tortillas, so when I saw an extra charge on the bill I asked her about it, explaining that I've been to OTB many times in other locations and never been charged like that. She explained that she was required to charge for them, but that she would ask her manager to take it off, and left with the bill. The manager then came to our table, sat down across from me, and asked what the problem was, using what I considered to be a confrontational tone and manner. When I tried to explain, he kept repeating, "What's the problem? Talk to me like I'm an adult." To be clear, I was not raising my voice, but I was trying to firmly make the point that I didn't think I should be charged extra when other OTBs don't do so and the waitress didn't tell me I would be charged extra before the bill came. I felt humiliated by his actions in front of my family. I will keep going to OTB because it's one of my favorite restaurants, but probably not this one again. In fairness, they ultimately removed the extra charge and even gave us a further discount "for the inconvenience." But I still left unhappy.
Seriously, can’t order drinks while waiting for a table. Your biggest revenue stream handicapped. Brilliant business model….NOT
WOW!! Absolutely WOW! Great customer service, good food, and a fun atmospher. Ben specifically was a 100/10. Very charsmatic, was attentive to our table's orders, and added more fun to the occasion. He's not too bad on the eyes either;) If you go here, you MUST ask to be sat in his section. Definitely made the experience a whole lot better! Keep it up!

Chips r sooo good! Not greasy at all. Salsa is so tasty. Fajitas is what we ordered. Enough to split between 2 adults & 2 children. And that Melon Margarita...mmm...mmmm! Great place to eat! Enjoy!
