I normally enjoy Noodles and Co, but today it was clear they were overwhelmed. I did come in during lunchtime. Everyone was polite, but the food took over 20 mins to get to my table. By this time my I needed to leave. I needed to take my order back to my office to eat. This is where I was even more disappointed. The chicken was fine, but the noodles were watery and tasteless. I had a hard time eating them. I love noodles but this was a disappointing experience especially for the price.
Overpriced, terrible quality food, dirty tables while workers stand around. The chicken noodle soup was 75% broth with poorly cooked chicken cubed and thrown in as an after thought. The three cheese tortellini rosa was over cooked to the point where the pasta was mush. Most of the garlic bread was placed upside down causing the minuscule amount of toppings to melt and stick to the to go tray rather than the bread. We also ordered “for here” and they bagged everything up for it to be a “to go” order but after I had to clean a table and chairs for us to sit at, I’m glad they did. Definitely the last time I’m eating at any Noodles and Company.
Worst noodles location i’ve been to. ordered the mac and cheese and they put an inch of cheese on top of the noodles. just right on top. wasn’t creamy like other locations it was literally just noodles and shredded cheese. and the pad thai wasn’t good either. will not be eating at this location again.
Reasonably quick service, got my order right. Polite.
We ordered at the location to go. When we left we realized we paid around $3.75 for 1 shrimp. The food was good but we felt there should have been more than 1 protein added.
This is the 3rd time I've ordered online for pickup and I'm missing my dessert (rice crispy), but I got plastic wear (when I clearly said no plastic wear). Everytime we're in the restaurant it's fine. Online is the issue.
Finally told me how to order my Stroganoff meal still even though it's not offered and available on menu anymore. I love this place. Staff is happy and helpful.
It has been years since I last visited a Noodles and I was so excited to eat there during my visit last month. I was disappointed in the pasta and it was very oily. The rice krispie treat was amazing as always, so it brought the review to 3 stars.
My spouse and I ordered Delivery the other night and it was delicious ?. Improvements in Delivery may be possible however, in the future, in remembering the extra parmesan requested. (This isn't a big issue but in my experience, when delivering, companies typically forget the extras. And if we don't point it out, it will never be fixed.)
Food is really good love that they have gluten sensitive however I used to get the potstickers which are Fried/grilled dumplings all the time but today when I came in around 12:40pm I ordered potstickers for me and my husband and on the picture is it’s fried/grilled potstickers and the name is potstickers. Well I was very surprised that they came out to me steamed dumplings. I went up and asked if this is their potstickers because I got them all the time and this looks wrong and the MANAGER with a light navy blue collared shirt, a visor and glasses with Red/purple hue hair in a low pony tail on shift at 12:40-1pm was very rude and said “well we don’t fry them any more and only steam them” and walked away. My husband went up and talk to the young man in a dark blue shirt with a black hat on at the register at this time and told him this isn’t what we ordered and no one told us this is how they make them now even though they are advertising POTSTICKERS they are SERVING Dumplings and he was very nice and gave our money back but the MANAGER ARGUED with my husband. Unprofessional manager and very rude. I could have been a secret shopper or something and she just didn’t care she argued and was rude.
