If you order pick up, make sure your order is correct before leaving. I’ve been going to this location for years, but recently they can’t get the orders right. 5 of the most recent orders have been wrong. Our orders are simple like a standard entree, soup, and bread. However they have been missing things like extra sauce, always the wrong size soup, and missing meat in entrees. The food is good, but after getting stiffed on what I paid for 5 times this location has lost my business.
Really like the food here but this location sucks. Their online ordering never works but don’t even bother trying to call it in because they will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes. Even after I waited to make my order and they told me to come in at a specific time, I sat and waited for buttered noodles for 20 more minutes. Fort Collins branch is WAY better this location Fr sucks
I've gone to this location since they opened, they had a while where they were doing quite well but all this last year has been as disappointing and concerning as when they first opened. My main issues with this location is that there is ALWAYS pieces of food from other dishes in my orders. Examples: I'll get gluten free noodles and there will be other random, regular noodles, like macaroni, mixed in. I'll get 1 or 2 pieces of broccoli in my mac n' cheese, or I'll get buttered noodles and there will be a piece of carrot or red onion mixed in.I don't have severe allergies to any foods but I certainly do have flavor preferences. My biggest concern is that dishes are not being properly cleaned and what's being cooked isn't being monitored for allergens and cross contamination. I fear one day someone is going to pay dearly for it.The staff can also be very hit or miss. After what retail and service workers have been through in the past 2 years I don't want to pick on staff for their attitudes but when I'm waiting for my food and hear one of the people who finishes off the dishes read my order aloud and then make comments on how gross it is and say "Ew" as they finish it on multiple occasions, I can't ignore it. You can talk smack about the customers but make sure there are no customers first (the comments were over me adding feta to buttered noodles, nothing exceptionally exciting). This has been going on since they opened so I'm not sure if this location has always been understaffed or if there's a general lack of training for a number of possible reasons. I've left feedback with the company many times but have not seen a change. The location off of 34 has never given me problems but this one is closer so I try to give them my business.
This is the worst run noodles I’ve ever visited. I’ve tried coming here for lunch 3 times and all I ever order is soup and I wait for almost 20min for them to scoop a ladle of soup and then I’m told it’s coming, or being prepared, or served in order, when I watch several customers after me receive large pasta orders. Absolutely ridiculous and consistent disappointment.
I did not get the extra veggies I paid for, and I got my order after other people who place theirs after I did. I waited for almost 20 minutes while other waited maybe 10 minutes. There were 6-7 people working. Glad I paid almost 20 bucks for just noodles...
For some reason their ordering system doesn't specify when you want curbside pickup accurately, or they don't notate it accurately when taking a phone order, and it's a problem for them to bring it out to your car. Two of them made a point of coming out and questioning me in how I supposedly ordered and that it was dangerous to them to bring it out if their piece of paper didn't say curbside on it. A lot of effort was put into "correcting and questioning" me over such a silly thing while I waited over 25 minutes for curbside after calling them twice. Never had a question or issue anywhere else with curbside, so I won't be bothering them with orders again. Wouldn't want to put anybody in danger.
I got food poisoning at this location but the people there are super friendly. I’m still gonna go here tho it was just one bad day
This is our favorite Noodles! Always good tasting, nice portions, and served hot. It's a clean restaurant, with quick service, and they grant reasonable requests, and you can't be the price! I can't say the same for other stores that go by the same name.
I went in and tried to use my rewards. Was told I could not. The cashier refused to try to use them as well as enter my phone number so I could recive points for my visit. Seems like this happens alot at this location. I'm on the fence about recommending this location to anyone. I love the meals and usually the experience. The Fort Collins branch is way better
I've been here 3 times. Each time, they've been out of tofu. So, I go next door to Krazy Karl's instead. Krazy Karl's is pretty good so I'll just go there first next time. I give 3 stars because the staff here is very kind and courteous.
