Cassidy - Manager on Duty could care less about anything but her phone. When there is only 2 customers (including myself) I should not have to ask for a refill. I understand the caliber of clientel is not the best, so deal with it or move on.

We stayed at the Best Western in Loveland Colorado. After a long day we decided to have dinner at Monroe's, the restaurant in the hotel and we were very surprised how good the food was.We will stop in again when we are in the area.
The elk burger was the best I ever had. The bartender was even better, Cody was attentive and so nice!
Stayed at the hotel, thought we'd try the lounge. To our surprise the food was excellent. Not your typical "lounge" food. Went back a second night!

As We Entered Monroe's the lounge is set up beautifully, the atmosphere was laid back with music playin' in the background. Manager Tammie, Bartender Kerry & Chef Xavier took good care of us. They were very friendly & made us feel right at home. We Had drinks, and the Salmon & Ribeye were to die for. The Presentation and quantity of the food was superb. We will be goin' back there that's for sure. Thank-you all so much!
