TLDR; Don't eat here unless you have nothing elseI feel for the people that own this franchise, it's been difficult with covid and the quality of workers dimishining in the public sector. The emplyees fight with each other in the drive through fairly often. The whole staff was replaced recently and it really depends on who's working and doing what that day. One day your food could be good and well managed, on the next day it's back to everything being burnt, dry food, and missing items. Good effort
Show up to one person in the drive thru lane to be told that they will be with us when they can... finally order, get home to find out that they forgot to make half my Big Mac... they seriously need new management and employees!!
Nice staff. play area is closed.... McDonald's acts like they have lifeguards on duty for these areas. Chick-fil-A has had theirs open again for almost a year, best to find somewhere else that is kid friendly.
Lazy. They don't open this play area not because of health risk. It's because management is lazy! I feel sorry for the kids. Plus mgmt would lose their meeting and escape space. She likes to hold meetings and feel important in there.
I used to come to this location often but over time the wait through the drive through has gotten horrendous, up to waiting 20 minutes to just even place an order and their ice cream machine hasn’t been working for months. This has led to multiple cars just leaving the drive thru to go elsewhere. I am done going to this location until management can get their act together and it seems like others are doing the same.
The night crew can't complete a happy meal and a 10 piece mcnugget 25 minutes after they recieve the order. Then they'll ask you to exit the drive thru while they prepare the orders for people who order after you get there.
This McDonald's is horrible! They can't seem to keep employees, service is terrible, wait time in the drive thru takes forever, & even using the mobile app confuses them! It's too bad it's the only McDonald's on my way to work, ugh! Gotta find another source for coffee. Manager yelling at employees, visible to the drive thru customer, is probably the reason they can't keep someone long enough to train properly.
The lady in charge around 9pm on 03/16/22 was extremely rude. I was late by ten minutes for a delivery during a rainstorm so it took a little longer to get than usual, and she made sure to remind me when I picked it up. It's just inconsiderate and arrogant. Look outside at what's going on sometimes. I'm sorry, everyone else was fine she was just rude.
I have never encountered a more rude, unfriendly McDonald's. The manager of the morning crew needs another job. She never smiles, never says a word, and she acts like she's doing you a favor to wait on you.
Because it won't let me leave less. We went there last night for a quick meal. I got out onto the main road to find out the entire meal was cold, not even close to warm, even after having to wait there for the burgers. We then went back to try to get a refund or replacement and instead got charged twice as the "refund". So now i've spent over 13 dollars on a meal I didn't even eat. I called back today and was told I could come in, when I called back to find out then the general manager was there I was hung up on after complete disrespect on the other line. Don't waste your money here, go literally anywhere else.
