Drivin out there in Loveland from FC on business and stopped around 11pm for a bundle and xtra sandwich. Lady at the window super nice, as was the gentleman at the pickup. Both sandwiches were full to the touch and the meat in the hot n spicy was cooked perfectly.

It is a good McDonald's, a lot of people work there, but they seem to be forgetful. I ordered breakfast and they forgot almost everything that came with the meal. But Margarita always has a positive attitude, very kind when attending costumers! And she doesn't forget your order.
This has been a great McDonald's in the past, but I don't know if it's new people they've hired, or what... This time was terrible! Went for my boyfriend's lunch break (so we have a limited time already). Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals. Was told we would need to pull around and wait at number 1 for our food. They didn't even give us our drinks while we waited. So we waited for like 5 minutes, thinking we were waiting for hot,fresh food. Our food comes out... Fries are old and cold! Quarter pounders were lukewarm, pretty much cold!! And on top of that, they gave me a diet coke instead of a regular coke! We didn't have time to go back and get things fixed. So we were stuck with our cold gross food that we waited for And didn't even have a proper drink to wash down the gross food! So disappointing
They don’t ever get the order correct. It was an order of Oreo McFlurrys and they added 6 other items to the ice cream. All they needed to do was add Oreos. What a shame, we can’t just order something and get what we ordered. This location needs to be removed or they need hire quality hands. Also rude employees! Just very immature!
Got a burger that was raw, well my wife did and I gave my wife my hamburger and I just ate fries and had a drink
McDonalds used to decent maybe 20 years ago but across the board, they are completely same slop, different bucket. So many other much better, flavorful and innovative fast food options out there.
This has been one of the BEST experiences I've had at ANY McDonald's in a LONG time. I like to KEEP IT RAW and UNCUT when it comes my reviews so let me be real with you.I went in with some gift cards to get something to eat. When I use discounts or coupons, I check the staff to see if there is any difference in customer service versus those who pay with cash or credit cards. The staff was AMAZING! They were courteous and prompt showing no partiality in their service to anyone.The restaurant was clean and even the ONE table that wasn't, a staff member cleaned it right away when asked.Everyone seemed to enjoy their work and had GENUINE SMILES on their faces (I HATE ROBOTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!)Even when upper management was testing a newer manager, I loved what I heard! It was like Manager Boot Camp but, in a good way! I really have NOTHING negative to say at all. I came here two separate times for breakfast and lunch. I would recommend this location if you are a McDonald's fan. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays so, I like to give credit where credit is due. ✌?
This McDonald's sucked so bad. I will never eat here again. I ordered two number 7's and extra cheeseburger and a spicy McChicken sandwich. The lady who took my order apparently couldn't understand English and got the whole order wrong. So I was very unhappy with the service and the tables were all dirty and there was literally maybe 6 people inside so I don't see how they couldn't clean up the tables. That's how COVID is spread. I have eaten at plenty McDonald's in my lifetime and the McDonald's in loveland was by far the worst one ever. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this McDonald's. Drive the extra few miles to the McDonald's on college and harmony.
i came to get me and my boyfriend burgers after work and the man at the pay window felt the need to tell me about how he’s promoting his OnlyFans through the drive thru and he’s gained a subscriber from it then proceeded to ask ME if i was interested. i felt very uncomfortable and i don’t think this is acceptable at all. a worker in his mid 40s asking a 18 year old girl to subscribe to his OnlyFans is disgusting and i won’t be returning. very unprofessional even for mcdonald’s workers.
I always have a better experience at this location than the harmony and college location. This McDonald's is better than most. Thanks to your team.
