HORRIBLE VERBALLY ABUSIVE STAFF??????? Called in an order for my family $79 worth of food. My wife and my daughter go into ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK from ONIONS. Attempted to state this to person taking order. I was repeatedly Cut Off by this kid. Upon entry to Restaurant Staff stared at us "No Greeting", before leaving I asked to check my order, this seemed to Upset them. The "Manager a Caucasian female Angrily stated the Onions we're not in our food because the receipt stated No Onions. I still proceeded to check my order. From the Corner a Hispanic Lady told us to get the "FU....K OUT" SHOCKED attempted to explain ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK, was REPEATEDLY TOLD TO "FU...K OFF GET OUT". These people are Horrible.I get home and GUESS WHAT ONIONS ONIONS ONIONS in our food. These could literally Kill my wife and Daughter from ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK.I asked for the Manager, the Girl saying F.U. asked for the Owner told FU.What a Horrible Experience!!!! I was REPEATEDLY CUT OFF from order to checking my order, Attempting to explain the ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK and what could result from the Onions.Upon Reading other reviews MULTIPLE OTHERS have had Horrible Experiences.When a Business Treats you as an Animal as I explain ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK they don't listen. My wife has Spent more than One Night in a Hospital ICU because of Onions Her Throat Shuts Closed her Tongue Swells . We go through the Onion explanation on a routine bases . We ALWAYS CHECK the food before leaving. Never been an issue Anywhere I'm 55 I've Never Experienced such ABUSIVE HOSTILE People.Guess what Onions in our food.I Truly Hope this Business goes under for the Abusive people and potentially sending my Wife into an Anaphylactic Shock.I'm contacting the Department of Health Better Business Bureau, we have to Stop these People.$79 Down the Drain Plus a Hostile Abusive Staff= Main Moon Closing. Read other reviews these people enjoy this type of behavior.I did Report this to Larimer Country Health Department and the WY and North Colorado Better Business Bureau.Please Read and Stop this Business from sending someone to the Hospital.UPDATE COMPLAINTS WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and Larimer County Department of Health, acknowledged my reporting.See Main Moon Owner responding to Customers ,??? We have always ordered from Main moon, because up until lately it was our favorite, however the last 2 times we ordered the food was dry, overcooked, my favorite sesame chicken was so tough and chewy, so not worth the $70 they charged for sesame chicken, 2 orders if wontons and Mongolian beef.I guess it's time to venture out and find a new Chinese place.Don't waste your money!
I ordered Chow Mein and got a lettuce soup. I called and said I think we got the wrong item. They said we definitely got the right item. I’m no expert in Chinese, but I didn’t expect Chow Mein to be a lettuce soup. They were not willing to exchange it out at all. Disappointing.
The food was great and not to expensive! The staff were friendly and helpful and fast. They got our large order out quickly and everything was correct!!!! The dining area was a bit small but was able to accommodate my large family. Will definitely recommend and come back

Food was ok. Kinda boring. Got egg rolls. Not made fresh. Moo goo Gai pan was ok. Shrimp with Chinese vegetables was ok. Dumplings were edible. sweet and sour chicken was not bad. Rice didn't have any flavor. Enough said.
The most disappointing meal I have received for delivery. Food rubbery and no flavor. Couldn't eat it! It will not happen again! My wife could not eat hers as well. No more business from me. I called, they did not seem to care. Thanks main moon.
I normally love this place, but my experience tonight has damaged their reputation with me. I called in a delivery order, because it seems to be cheaper than ordering through 3rd party apps. I ordered chicken chow mein, & when I ordered, the woman on the phone said "the crunchy noodles?" I said yes. When the order arrived I was disappointed to find no noodles in the "chow mein". When I called back the woman tried telling me that the noodles is lo mein. It was clear that I wasn't going to get any help over the phone so I decided to just hang up. Now my 6 year old son is upset that he didn't get what he wanted for dinner. A pretty disappointing experience from a place that I've loved for years.
I had the Mongolian beef and it was the best combination of flavor and heat I’ve enjoyed in a long time. Not bland like too many other places make it, but just the perfect level of spicy heat. When I’m in Loveland this is the place I’ll go to for delicious Chinese food.
Wow! I tried out this restaurant because Green Onions was closed early. Ordered some appetizers, and an entree. It was delicious! Nice and hot, freshly cooked and the flavoring was not too bland or too strong. The staff were also super friendly and helped me because I didn't know the menu that well. Now I eat here every week! I definitely recommend this place, even more than Panda Express. Not saying Panda Express is bad, but this place is the next level!
