I love kfc but this has gotta stop both locations never have chicken or are closed early due to staffing issues, the last 3 years I've lived in loveland I've tried to get kfc and yet once to be served correctly or even be able to get my order placed due to this how am I ever suppose to be able to eat here!!

It feels weird that kfc messed up my order and forgot food, then when I come to get what I paid for, I'm ignored for 5 minutes in the restaurant until I had to wave my hands at the drive thru employee because no one came to the counter or even acknowledged me the whole time. Just standing at the counter watching them "work". Only ONLY after I struggled to get an employees attention was I told " we only do carryouts inside... I'm carrying out, not dining in! YOU messed up my order, not ME! No signage indicating her retort. Front door was open. Got my food that they forgot to give me only for it to be wrong again, missing utensils, napkins, food, and an apology for the miatake. Made me feel like as a paying customer that I was bothering them. I won't return. Ever. And you can thank the staff for that one. Very disappointed in the potential this place used to have. I won't miss it when it goes out of business like it should.
No one didn't even get my order at the drive thru including 3 other vehicles that were in front and back of me between 9 pm and 10 pm which the restaurant states that it closes at 10 pm..and another customer told me they were employees in the back hiding not to take our orders..so we just went to Chili's! Kfc location there no bueno!!
After ordering and sitting in the drive through for almost 20min - we get to the window and they tell us they are out of dark meat chicken. This happens here all the time. At 12:00 noon you would think they would have plenty of chicken ready for the lunch rush.
Love KFC! This location has excellent crew and it always looks just polished.
Never ever has my order been accurate at this location no matter if it’s Taco Bell or KFC. This location is a disaster!
Taco Bell vegetarian meals are delicious. Too bad KFC gave up on their vegetarian options.
Love the fact they are always willing to make accommodations for my child’s allergies. We’ve been coming here for years and never had issues.
just went for 2 large mashed potatoes and 2 large drinks. it was $17. unreal then I got home, one of the drinks was wrong and not even filled up 3/4 of the way. $17 probably never eat at KFC again
Came to get a 16 piece Family Meal. The chicken was raw. Called and spoke to Alicia who is the “manager” she was very rude and said I was bsing. She said it couldn’t be raw because the chicken is pre cooked and they just put it in the deep frier. She told me to come back and I would get a refund. Came back around 8 to then say I will only get a refund for ONE chicken which that’s not what was told to me on the phone. When I showed them the chicken they said it was a raw and it was just a blood vessel and asked to take a bite of it. I refused and walked out.
