We always have a good experience with Jimmy Johns. Had a large office order and it was ready at the exact time I chose, the guy who brought it out was very kind. Best thing is their sandwiches are mostly meat! Everywhere else you’re paying for 90% bread or lettuce but not here.

been in there three times in the last 2 months. service has been relatively awful but today was even worse. apparently Jimmy John's does not accept $50 bills or $100 bills. it is not a change issue supposedly due to counterfeit bills. My bill is $46 and they refused to take a $50 bill. had I not had another method of payment they would have turned me away. that can't be a very good business plan not to take cash I can only imagine what would happen on a delivery if someone tried to pay with a $50 bill. I guess they just wouldn't get their food. I won't be visiting this establishment anytime soon
I have never had a store mess up an order as many times as these guys seem to mess up my orders. They’ll offer to re-make and re-deliver the sandwich (assuming you can wait another hour for the delivery) but won’t refund you for their mistake. It makes NO sense to me. I tip generously and am pretty understanding. But I’d say 75% of the time, they mess up my order. I will not be ordering from them again. I pay extra for the convenience. So far, it hasn’t been convenient at all and they make it seem like it’s inconvenient for them to do the right thing.
Love this place but why would they suddenly decide to close an hour earlier than all surrounding restaurants? Makes no sense.
If you order though Doordash there is a chance that you will never get your order or a refund. Jimmy John's insits on using their own driver and if anything goes wrong like JJ's not having a driver that day or being out of bread, both things happening at the same time for me, you will get charged for the order and Doordash will refuse to issue a refund due to the fact that they can't take responsibility for other peoples drivers.
I have never once had a Jimmy John's mess up my order before and I used to eat it daily in college. This place and it's employees however are incompetent. I ordered as giant#7 no onions add pickels and extra peppers. Not only did they give me the completely wrong sandwich it was covered in onions, cucumbers and no hot peppers. Had to throw it away due to food allergies. All they could do is give me store credit because they "ran out of bread". Nothing for the inconvenience of driving to get an order and still having nothing to eat. Absolutely terrible franchise. If you want a Jimmy John's sandwich it is probably worth the drive up to fort Collins.
Tonight I ordered the Jimmy’s Cubano which was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from this company (added a few customizations). Large unsweetened tea, pickle halved, two loaves yes you can order just the delicious bread and two sides of avocado. The last two are where I have a bit of an issue. The bread was not wrapped completely, in my opinion delivered items should be covered. Each side of avocado costs $1.50 and in my case the tiny containers weren’t even filled, this was probably a fourth of a whole one. Will not be ordering avocado as a side again. My small qualms said JJ’s is a great fast food sandwich place to order from!
Sandwiches were good but 16 minutes for a sub? Cashier had a piece of tape on her shirt that said Jimmy John's, ( not a uniform shirt) a little tacky. Also no enforcement of county mandated mask policy. Sandwiches just set on counter for us to pick up, no bag napkins,etc.
