The staff is consistently rude. I stopped being a customer over a year ago due to workers not wearing masks and touching their faces during the height of the pandemic, as well as twice they didn't put the redbull in my order. Now I refuse to pick up any more doordash orders for others as they are ALWAYS rude. Last time I was at this location the employee snapped at an elderly woman. Save your money and buy a blender.

Love the website menu and customized ordering. I can add or take off ingredients to make a smoothie the way I like. I get a text with the expected "...order will be ready to pick up..." time. It's usually ready before they say it will be. Smoothies are cool, fresh tasting, and satisfying. I usually get the huge 32 oz, and I spoon some into a smaller cup and take it to my husband, who lives in a nursing home. He loves them, and tries to get every last drop! Favorite smoothie is the Omega 3 w added ginger, celery and carrots. I ask for NO honey. It's a real energizer on its own - don't need any sugar / sweeteners added. If I want an extra thick one, it looks like an ICEE from 7 eleven, but that means they add more ice to it, I believe, because the flavor is less strong in the extra thick. I prefer the regular density smoothie.
Not my favorite place they claim to be healthy smoothies but they are almost all sherbet based which is far from healthy. Their smoothie bowls are the only thing remotely healthy but they're almost never made well. Overall not a great smoothie option unless you dont want a healthy smoothie and just want something cold.
This is my second time going to this into juice and it was a significantly worse experience than the first. The inside of the place was a mess and the guys that were working there were not using gloves half the time. I was tempted to just leave but I really wanted to get the order I purchased so I waited and it was awful. Like absolutely terrible. It didn't taste anything like what I ordered. It was watery. It wasn't even very cool and they're definitely wasn't crushed ice in it like I asked for. I threw it away.
The smoothies are always delicious. The customization process could be streamlined (both on the menu and in the kitchen), and the menu board could not SCREAM at you when it makes noise. It scares me every time.The staff, however, is always friendly and happy to work with you.Better lids would be nice! I've ever up with smoothie all over my hand and car more than once.

My friend and I were visiting your establishment for the first time ever today, and were very mistreated by your staff girl there. She abruptly intervened on the speaker with the touch screen as we were trying to order our items, not knowing how to properly go about it in the first place, only to have her tell us very rudely that we need to hurry up or get out of the line because there were other cars behind us. This is unacceptable customer service, and it doesn't matter if you are short-staffed and the only one working in the business at the time with a line either... As a employee of an establishment you represent, also at a drive-thru, you should know that people are willing to let others take their time to make an order, especially when it comes to using a touchscreen, that you also have to access outside your vehicle window. She was just very snarky, and one of those people that makes it seem like if you don't enjoy your job, you don't have to work there. Poor customer service is what ruins reputations of businesses, once said interactions leave marks, that are then spread by word of mouth. Just saying, very disappointing and disgusting attitude. Major fail.
Almost always a super friendly team member. Never tried their food but the smoothies are great until you add the complimentary supplements, 99% of the time it ruins the flavor in my opinion. I wish the probiotics and other products enhanced the flavor.
