Always had a problem with this place. Seems like a 50/50 chance of them screwing up my order, so I stopped coming here all together. After like 6 months, I decided to give them another shot after stopping at Walmart. I told the cashier THREE TIMES to not put cheese on my chili fries. I had her read my order back to me at the window to confirm no cheese. Guess what. They put cheese on it. Also didn't give me a fork because I'm supposed to eat chili fries with my fingers I guess.This Freddy's has always had some pretty "remedial" employees, even before the pandemic and labor shortage. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that is as expensive as Chick-fil-A, if not slightly more.

My normal Freddy's order comes out to around $28 in person. On the doordash app, with your raised prices, it comes out to $40, before fees and tipping the driver. I eat here when I'm out and it's great, but I use doordash a lot and it's unfortunate that I can't order Freddy's because of your raised prices on the app.

Custard is better than ice cream if you are not allergic to eggs. Steak burgers are not greasy and will not clog the plasma donation filter like hamburger.

Their new cheese curds are really good, even better than the ones at Culver's. Not over cooked, but nice and tender!!

Ordered fries, onion rings, a sundae, and a milkshake. Every item was great! Fries and onion rings were fresh. Serving sizes were a good value for the cost. Onion rings were too notch. And service was great, too... Friendly, short line, and short wait.

Decent burgers! Advertisements all over drive through about using their mobile app so you can earn rewards. Tried to give my loyalty info to cashier and the kid was so incredibly rude about it. Their system isn’t set up to use the rewards or something. Maybe he gets asked a lot so he’s irritated but I will never come back to this location because of how rudely we were treated when inquiring about a posted promotion. Guess I’ll go to Culver’s!

Product is better than other fast food spots, which can justify higher price. Staff has always been friendly. This location rarely gets our order 100% correct.

Just found out after I ordered that they won't use their app for earning points or redeeming points for food, drinks & desserts. Their new system won't start until sometime in May. No explanation or apology from the manager. He wouldn't even come to talk to me!! The manager in glasses shouldn't have that title the way he treated me & my kids. The cashier wasn't even concerned or apologetic. I even told him he was going to lose customers & he just chug his shoulders like he didn't give a care in the world about me or my kids!!!Very poorly run & terrible customer service ? ????

Went to Freddy's in Loveland next to Walmart on 65th yesterday for lunch, staff was very friendly and service was awesome. Our food was hot and fresh and very tasty!!!?? bathrooms were clean and restaurant in general was well maintained. I highly recommend this restaurant ?

Make sure to check your order in the drive thru before you leave. I ordered a California meal and got home and it was a bacon and burger meal. No lettuce, no tomatoes.
