We enjoyed are meals with family members! Some members were from South Dakota and always love to come the Loveland Freddy's. The customers service was friendly even during the rush time and the food was fantastic as usual[never disappointed every time we eat at this restaurant and the one in Greeley CO] . Even the District Manager was pitching in which shows the team work is not just limited to team members preparing and serving. JOB WELL DONE BY ALL!!!!
The best budget burger around. The triple Burger is less than ten bucks and truly satisfies a hungry guy. The malted shakes are pretty amazing too. Also the service is great.
One of our favorite burger joints. Tasty meals that really fill you up. Delicious custard that you can customize and get up to a quart size! They have and sell their own fry sauce too! We live by this location and have always had a good experience!
First and last time. Went through the drivethru and ordered a single plain cheeseburger. No sides, no drink, just a single patty cheeseburger with nothing else on it. It was $7.35, which is insane in itself, but then they didn’t even put cheese on it. Not sure if I was overcharged in error or if that really is the price, but either way, will never go back.
Will have to tell you that we have enjoyed this Freddy's location for sometime now. BUT, last night turned out completely different. We went through the drive thru; did our order for 2 around 6-6:30p, and picked it up, We went directly home and the food was cold; including the fries! We were surprised!! Have NEVER had this happen. We love Freddy's. Just thought someone should know.
Have visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and gave the Double Jalapeno Burger and the french fries a try. Burger and french fries have been good even though I would add even more jalapeno's to it. Staff has been very friendly.
I would not recommend going to this restaurant. The staff are far too overwhelmed to handle face to face orders and repeatedly give me the wrong food. If the food is right, it’ll probably be thrown together without condiments.
Great staffing during hard times. A customer ahead of me in the pickup line must have had an issue and the wait was long. I wasn't in a hurry that day, so I wasn't too stressed, but once I got to the window, they apologized immediately, and handed us a gratuity card for a free meal! With customer service like that, I will go out of my way to visit this location! And they do a great job with the low carb lettuce wraps! I love how they confirm all the toppings with you, to make sure you want them all.
Sandwich looked good, but the first thing I saw on it when I opened the box was someone's hair, so I have no idea how it actually tasted ☹️ Was on my half hr break from work so I didn't get to go back to have it replaced.
Nicest it drive thru experience in a long time compared to other fast food restaurants. The staff were friendly, the food was fresh, the order was exactly as requested. No complaints.
