as for the food, its fat shack; great when youre totaled and need some food in your tummy. But the customer service here is what really surprised me, I had a weird order cancellation from doordash and called the restaurant to get it figured out and I was handled personally and professionally which is all I can ask for. Great work from whoever took that call. Ordered a few times from here before but this is what has sold me on this exact store.
I wake in and no one was waiting for food there was 3 tables with people in the restaurant. I walked to the register and one of the staff walked up to me and asked WHAT. I told her want I wanted and she walked away and told me to sit down it will be 5 mins. I understand people have bad days but there was no line and she had one other person back there with her. If she was busy the other gentlemen could have taking my order or I could have waited a little while. (She had pink hair)
Tried to order take out through "fatshack" but were very rudely told we "could order through grubhub or ubereats" and given no choice even though we tried to order from their website and had to call instead. Wouldn't recommend if you're trying to order food without paying the 3rd party premium... pretty sad to see one of the last late night food places in town fall to corporate greed. If I could give 0 stars I would. P.s not the first time we've been let down by this place. Trust me you work hard for your money there's places that will work hard to take your money and this isn't one of them.
Needed to pick up some late dinner and it was Fat Shack or Wendy's. Being that the Wendy's near me in loveland is about the last place I'd consider at midnight, I tried Fat Shack and was not disappointed at all. It was a great burger, especially for being a late shift burger and the fries and chocolate shakes were also very well made, the chocolate shake was especially delicious. I'll definitely go back for more emergency midnight dinners!!
First time at Fat Shack. We weren't sure what to expect. The food was good. Chocolate shake was really good. Service was outstanding. We will stop again.
Josh the general manager was great. Asked him what to order and he hit me with that Fat Shack sandwich. I was excited for sure, I mean jalapeño, chicken strips Philly steak. come on who wouldn’t be excited for the plethora of flavors in one sandwich. My hopeful expectations were quickly replaced with the other worldly reality of the explosion happening in my mouth. Fat shack sandwich 10/10 Josh 20/10
I had an excellent experience eating at the Fat Shack while visiting from out of state! The food was delicious and worth the money. The GM was very friendly and even offered us complimentary food. Would definitely recommend this as a place to try!
Josh was very friendly and inviting! He showed us his favorites and helped us pick out some of the shacks specialty menu items. Was definitely not disappointed! Fair food fried desserts were so so good and brought back the good memories of when I was a kid!! Thank you Fat Shack and we will for sure be back!
Awesome Munchies. We dined in for for first time time and the food was hot, fresh, and with plenty of options.Well except for salads and "healthier" options. But if you were looking for healthy then you may want to look else where.Still, give it a try if you are looking for something new!
My family and I went to Fat Shack tonight and the food was amazing! The customer service was also amazing. Josh and the crew made sure we were taken care of and were so friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
